I bought a brand new iPhone 13 pro from apple.com. It came in with someone else's credit card information on the apple wallet. I would go shopping but I'm not that guy. I called and asked for a convenient resolution and they didn't have one. I have to go down to a retailer and have them exchange instead of sending a new one out. And in addition they don't have the phone I ordered anywhere. It is blatant disregard for the privacy act. Buyer beware. They lost a 15 year dedicated apple family of 4. Hello Samsung
Horrible experience with Apple support team from sales to supervisors. Over 2 weeks of back and forth for an iPhone 13 being lost then magically found the day before I was going to contact my bank. They simply don't care about you the buyer at all. No one takes notes and you get passed onto someone else each time. Now that it's finally in I don't want it anymore been calling two days to try and send it back to them. I've been a customer since the first iPhone… but not anymore.

If you buy an expensive product and it fails, Apple is unwilling to offer any support beyond the warranty. Even though it was supposed to be covered by AppleCare+ and they failed to include it, and there was a commitment that the keyboard which failed before was reengineered and is now just fine. It is not fine and they want $270 to replace it. Not a chance. Apple should be ashamed of themselves for their support of such shoddy workmanship.
Apple screws it's customers on a regular basis wether it's faulty decaying batteries or a BS temporary hardware update. How is it an improvement to make a headphone jack that makes it impossible to charge at the same time with their garbage battery? It's so you have no choice but to buy their new gen of hardware and docks/Iproducts making the rest obsolete just to screw and disrespect their customer at a ridiculous inflated price. Apple leadership hates you and makes their money by bending their customers over a barrel; try and argue different.

I ordered my phone more than a month ago (oct 24)and the phone was at my nearest post office but they never deliver. They return the phone and now they are saying that we don't know what happened. I called them many times also I chat with them 4 times and they never solved my problem. Manager supposed to call but I never received the call.
I am working with my phone and since my previous one is broken I need to purchase extra temporary phone. I am Apple customer for 9 years and they did not take care of my problem. This is unacceptable
I bought power beats pro. They are decent quality, but the left ear bud started malfunctioning after about 6 months. The right one doesn't hold a charge, but for half the time it's supposed to. Getting them replaced is worse than being flayed alive. They make it virtually impossible, so as to discourage you from even trying. So ya, I'd rather be flayed alive than purchase another item from apple.
Hi, I am avid apple fan. But I have been noticing the life of adapter and lightning cable is very less. I have to replace them thrice in last 2 years. Compared with any other mobile, they are expensive and are not lasting. I hope you improve your accessories quality. I don't mind paying extra, but it should provide the value for money.

The 12 pro max is buggy as hell then my 4k Apple Tv gets bricked on the last update and this in the second one to do it. The first one was a gen 2 apple tv. Stay away this xmas from their crap. Worst tech/customer service. Even their so called apple genius called the apple tv junk. Offered $30 bucks off a new one yeah no thanks, not when don't last more than a 1 year warranty.

Believe it or not but I had my blackberry phone for 5 years now.
Water resistance is a marketing scam. My 18 months old XS fell in water for 3 seconds and stopped working. Genius manager told me he couldn't help because he wanted to sell more apple care+! I picked this phone and paid a lot of money for it specifically for this feature which turned out to be a complete marketing scam. Very disappointed and angry. I feel I was cheated because of false advertisement.
I purchased their apple watch series 6 nike edition, it has been very helpful in my workouts, and also helps me read my text messages without getting the phone out of my pocket. The bands are also very strong and durable, not a scratch so far. Integrates well with the rest of my apple products including an imac and an iphone xs max.

In April 2020 I bought an iMac and in the 1st week it started with problems, I changed the boot disk, the logic card and the ram memory, it turns out that the ram memory was not the one that should take this computer, it was for a laptop not for an iMac, still with problems and 3 times I have been told that I will replace it and never does... be careful they have no warranty, they are liars and play with and purchased. SCAMMERS, it is no longer the same

Awful customer service, item took 6 days to dispatch the item and a day to arrive yet they blame the delivery company? Before this order was placed I was told categorically the magic keyboard would not be launched until mid May, it then launched that afternoon, 30 mins after placing an order for the keyboard folio, complained, tried to cancel, spoke with someone within customer relations, was promised a call back and no call in a week, no wonder there are so many terrible reviews about Apple on here, it's time after time they abuse customers loyalty. My daughters new 13 on MacBook Air had an issue so tried calling their "advisers" which was futile and worthless. So decided to reach out to ceo and coo with several emails and written letters. Also worthless. They finally delegated an admin assistant to tell me to take a hike, this afternoon spending thousands with apple. I got the message. Going elsewhere

I decided to buy a iPad and went to apple.com, watched it's video of some huge round building, wonderful technology first before buying then I just see shipping and built from/at "Shenzhen, China" on my UPS tracking one day before delivery. Thought it was built using skilled local labor.
Contacted the Apple Accessabilty and Interactive Services Department at 11:20 pm EST on August 16,2020. The department is reserved to provide special assistance to customers who have visual, hearing, motor and learning impairments.
The Senior Advisor screamed at me, assuming because of my impairments, and said "Oh my God! You $#*!ing nutcase!"
Apparently, the department is not set up to work with disabled people... or people in general.
Wish I could give negative stars... Apple is horrible! Someone steals your phone and turns off Find My and they refuse to help with anything! Apple care won't honor the Apple care plus theft program YOU pay for because the phones been wiped and you can't access tracking on it! OF COURSE you can't if it's been wiped! That's why you pay for extra coverage! Instead they're happy to rob you of over $1000 for a brand new phone. I'm trading ALL my Apple devices in for something else because of this

Apple Netherlands is by far the most The most disgusting customer service I have ever experience. Every single senior advisor is so rude! They give you the lowest level of customer service, I had 1 of them interrupt me speaking every sentence and when I said "I would appreciate if you let me finish my sentence" HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Incredible. My phone was purchased with damage with the charging port not working correctly. I've sent it out for repairs and it keeps coming back broken and they write that they are fixing other problems like the camera which I never complained about.
There no help same thing here called everyday for a week and even talked to supervisors and no resolution. This company is the best marketing rip-ever. Same issue with ipad. $2000. 00 of worthless equipment. Never again
