I had to contact customer service because my smartphone malfunctioned. And it was one of the best and most positive encounters with any customer service. These guys are very helpful, polite and focused on actually solving my problem. They're responding very fast and always provide clear information on possible next steps of my return/refund claim. So if you're worried how your guarantee would work in another end of the world - just don't. It works perfectly.

I bought a small balsam wood Garden trug online in March. It arrived in June packed in a thing plastic shipper bag, with zero protective padding. Of course is was broken and (weirdly) wet. I sent photos, emails, and complained to Pay-Pal. Zero response. Once I finally escalated, Bangood asked me to send the thing back to them in Thailand! Insane. Just don't go there. It's a full scam.

I had to contact customer service because my smartphone malfunctioned. And it was one of the best and most positive encounters with any customer service. These guys are very helpful, polite and focused on actually solving my problem. They're responding very fast and always provide clear information on possible next steps of my return/refund claim. Keep up the good work, guys! One suggestion, though, is that you streamline the search function so it's more targeted and specific. When I search for "iPhone 12 Pro Wallet Case", I don't need to see EVERYTHING related to the iPhone 12 - such as chargers, usb hubs, etc. I just want to see CASES. Too many items returned results in wasted time on the site. Other than that, the shopping experience was great, as usual.

Aged 75 I just recently started shopping 'inernetwise' (Corona you know). Had to get used to it - a lot of portals - don't like all of them.To mee the kind of presentation of goods at m.banggood.com makes it simple to choose the article that might suite one's expectations best (eg. I feel like your marketing methods are a bit annoying. Such as trying to sell squishy toys as free gifts and charging for shipping or new user coupons that add to the price instead of deducting from it! I personally enjoy more straightforward marketing methods that respect my intelligence. If you actually wanna give a free gift, include it in another item I am buying. And, also, I really wish I could get the Christmas lucky stocking as a wrapping option. It will make great gifts. It's so cute.

Still utterly confused while executing a purchase. This time I discovered my coupons but cannot use them for additional preorder. I have still never been able to purchase the shoes that were listed on multiple sites for $10.00 less than repeated checkout attempts allowed. Things should get easier once you've made several purchases. Lastly, while checking info in my account, I had to receive a 'welcome' code to review my prior activity and available points or coupons.

I have ordered a tablet from this shop, unpacked it and turn it on. After 5-10 minutes of use, half of the tablet screen started to flicker and then goes dark. So I tried to contact their help center and refered to their 7 Days DOA Product Guarantee. I followed exactly the procedure on their web site and sent them email with attached photos. I sent them 4 emails within 7 days... and, no reaction from them. They didn't even send me a message that they registered my emails.
If you want to loose your money and end up with malfunctioning product Banggood is the right place for you.

Update: Ater 4 emails, customer service replied to me. They asked me to make a video of the issue with the item and send it by email. After two days they informed me that I have to check the shipping cost back to China and that they will send me back the money. We agreed on shipping cost and after 6 weeks, the item was back in China. Seller refunded the whole purchasing price in USD. As my currency is EUR and in the meantime EUR appreciated, I got less EUR than I paid. After another week they refunded also part of shipping cost back to China, so at the end I had a loss of approximately 20 EUR (due to partial refund of shipping cost and USD depreciation against EUR).
My final rating is that they offer guarantee, but you have to exchange several emails, send the item back, it takes several weeks till you get back the money and you have currency risk if your currency is not USD.
I have bougth also some items after this experience with the shop and will probably by more in the future. So if you can accept complicated refund (in case of an issue with the item), it is a good shop to buy from.

I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.

So far everything is good. Don't mind waiting for items I've bought as the prices are much cheaper than on other sites. Plus there is a greater availability of sought after RC bits that I can't find in the UK and at a very reasonable price. For this alone I'll recommend BG for RC enthusiasts... give em a go!

Important is to read the pdf manual from Atomstack website. The installation of the USB driver is inside the free software, so a normal plug and play like plugging an USB stick does not auto install the device. However my first tries on wood were an success, so I am very satisfied. Anyhow, I will try also some other laser heads on the setup, which seems to be easy to be modified, so great buy.

We ordered a TV that came with a faulty LCD display. The error is not due to Banggood or shipping. After submitting the photos and videos, they were offered a refund of the price of the device. Communication is flawless, email exchanges every working day. Customer service 5 stars.

Good prices, but shipments a slow. Overall pretty good but don't expect to make a deadline depending on the shipping. Wide variety of products for most any use. The experience was good, but the information or offer that appears as new customer can not been redeem at checkout. No sure why or if this was not available for me. Other thing that not clear is why when using PayPal, the credit card was selected primary payment option. I do also have an account define with them, and prefer to use it, but probably the time for the money transaction was against you. Hope you can ship it soon.

Site speed and UI seems pretty good, but I have a 3rd party cookie blocker on my main browser and it stopped me being able order. I had to use a less secure browser to complete the order - there's no real reason your site needs to work like that...(I say that as a web developer) - considering the security concerns over data and China, I would have assumed you'd be keen to make the site work with basic protections in place...

I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Don't take their timing to being the truth. They take more time than they are suppose to. You keep trying to contact them, and they seem not to care or take what you say to their consideration. I'm sorry, but this site is horrible. I hate it and will never ordering anything off here again. I learned my lesson.

I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
