First time buying on this web site. I haven't received the product yet but I'm expecting the best. I've purchased 2 Samsung S20 Ultra. The experience till now is going well, easy to find the product, easy to navigate on the platform, easy checkout process. I've found cheaper web sites but this one has better reviews, will follow my gut to see what happens.
Absolutely hopeless company. No contact details to talk to a real business and their response through emails is hopeless anyway. When ordering they say that shipment leaves within 1-3 business days and charge you a fat shipment fees but shipment never takes place as promised nor do they respond. Be careful, I will never deal with them again. Frustrated, I am looking to cancelling the order and seeking full refund.

A SCAM! BE AWARE, these people will take your money, give you a fake tracking number and then not respond to your emails, spent over $1100 on a Z flip just for the money to be stolen and all I got was a fake tracking number that the shipping company says doesnt actually exist and not Becextech has gone quiet..

I found a iphone 11 pro max via facebook market - i clicked on it and asked me go via Becextech messenger to order phone.
I was told it would be delivered same day of purchase - said their paypal was down and tracking number was validating so i believe them - its now day 3 and i still dont have my phone :( please tell me i'm not the only one.
Becextech is an absolute scam, do not trust at all, send suposed brand new phones with quality seal broken and giving the run around when asking for refund.

Very poor service with no contact number to call or talk to any customer executive.
It has been more than a week and there is no update on the order I have placed.
They only respond via email that too after 2-3 days and just mention that it's been processing but no update after that.

While I have a credit card with sufficient funds to make the purchase, the site declined my credit card, twice. Then I tried to use Zip pay and after I joined ZIp, nothing happened - the page went blank and that was that. Also, why do you only offer priority postage? I would be happy with regular and save the money. All in all the site seems quite good and responsive but the checkout has been a big hassle
(not scam just mistake) Last order didn't go through only cash taken from my bank. Still waiting on phone after reaching resolution with customer service. No one at fault just a computer error. Hopefully new phone arrives soon
My experience with Becextech AU was very long - and was further impacted by Holiday Closures, COVID and Australia Post delays.
Great customer support available 7 days a week but don't expect that from the warehouse!
I ordered product on 1 December and incorrect product left warehouse on 3 December
I returned the item with a provided Prepaid Express Post label
On 22 December Becextech agreed to replace the product that was incorrectly sent to me
I received the correct product on 20 January - however the quality of the item was damaged - more than I expected or paid for
I returned the item with a provided Prepaid Express Post label
On 8 February the warehouse received the product and finally on 14 February Becextech agreed to replace the product.
Compensation offered was minimal offering a plastic phone cover and screen protector
I eventually received the right product with the quality I expected on 4 March (original order placed 1 December)

Initially postage was quoted as $75. I reentered details and was shown a phone at a higher price but postage reduced to $29. I then used the eofy promo code for a $15 discount which was applied on your web page but not applied on the paypal payment. Paypal said my payment could be reviewed on return to your site but your site just completed the payment without review. Not a very good experience using your site, I just hope the phone is ok but starting to lose confidence.
No option to put discount code in at checkout cost me a lot of money! Not happy as I built this into my consideration of this purchase. xmasbfs would have go tme $15 off with free shipping or even the 5% one or others.
I ordered and paid for an Iphone 6 demo model. I received a message that there has been an error. However the amount came from my Bank account but my Account Becextech registered no order. It was picked up by one of your workers. We exchanged emails. this morning I tried again.
So I have delved deeper into this scam company( BecexTech au) after they ripped off my daughter with her phone to find out that their practice is very wide spread. After talking with consumer affairs I have now found out that their so called address is a PO box of an Indian restaurant. DO NOT have anything to do with this company.

I purchased a new OnePlus Pro phone in March - it had some screen issues. I was told to send it to their repair agent - I sent it off - heard nothing for weeks - followed up (Called the repair agent), they told me they couldn't fix it and had sent it off to another repair agent (I had not been made aware of this at all).
I contacted Becextech with my concerns, they have this standard response to every complaint (no phone number so have to deal via email only - with 24 hour delay for every message sent!). They told me that the phone was being repaired by the 2nd repair agent - I get the phone back 6 weeks after I first sent it off and it is still broken (worse now than before!).
I complain again - same BS response - send it to the repair agent again (at my cost a second time) and again nothing for weeks - finally the response I get is that they can't find anything wrong (even thought I sent them a video of the issues).
I demanded a refund - but they said no. I then demanded a brand new phone and have now not heard from them in over a week!
I am pretty sure the contacts are not even based in Australia (I am guessing Hong Kong) - there is ZERO care for customer issues. I spent almost $1000 on this phone (Plus freight 3 times now) and things have gotten so bad I had to go and buy a well known brand from a reputable company and looks like I am going to lose my money.
I have made a formal complaint to the Office of Fair Trading and still waiting to hear back from them.
I would like to take this company to court (they have previously been taken to court over dodgy business practices) but it will cost me more than the phone itself to do that (which they are fully aware of and know that most people aren't able to take that sort of action).
My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing any product from this company, just think twice before giving them your hard earned cash - whilst the deals are often very good, there are consequences if the product isn't exactly as you expected.

I purchased a OnePlus Pro smart phone.
It's been frustrating. Tried twice and had error messages so wouldn't process. Then the phone I wanted was sold. Tried again and at payment screen it dropped out. Went back into my account and nothing in my cart. Only to receive and email to say it was recovered and in my cart. Then another email to say my card had been credited for the item and to now do a transfer process. Very frustrating.
Don't buy anything from BexecTech their item are coming from Hong Kong and you'll be waiting for about a month later to receive your order and customer service is sucks they don't want to do anything to help to out all they do is to ask you to wait or give you a bull$#*! excuses and they took too long to post your order out for delivery. Don't waste your money and time on BexecTech

I ordered in May and it said that the phone would come that week. Alas a few weeks later not here. I was chasing and chasing. Poor customer service. Finally got hold of them and they said my phone had been stolen. Long story short I had to wait just over 3 months for phone to arrive
Then when it did arrive. Plug wasn't Australian so I couldnt even charge it- very long winded to get htem to send me another charger. The screen protector they gave me was damaged. They gave me $5 refund but this was nothing interms that it was over covid i couldnt go to store to get another protector and now my screen is scratched a fair bit
Also they refused to give me my $70 refund- That was a rediculous postage fee when a) I dint even receive it and b) they should have credited it for all the time spent waitingwithout a working phone!
It tells you it comes with 1 year insurance and warrenty- that was also another appeal to buying a phone of a not so known website- this is a twist on the words as this is not true- this is just for post cover
I have realised through research that alot of these reviews have been done by fake accounts

EXTENDED FESTIVE SEASON DISCOUNT OF $15 OFFERED IN POP-UP ALL THROUGH PRODUCT INFORMATION PHASE, WHICH WAS ACTUALLY ANNOYING BECAUSE IT GOT IN THE WAY. WHEN I ENTERED THE CODE AT TIME OF PURCHASE I WAS TOLD THAT DISCOUNT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND TO SEE THE TERMS OF THE OFFER. OF COURSE I COULDN'T GET BACK TO THAT SCREEN DURING THE BUYING PHASE. Price & warehouse dispatch times. These I have found to be fraudulent anyway. Warehouse dispatch times can run into the weeks.
