Bought an Apple Watch that was gps only and then found out I actually needed the cellular. Had zero issues returning it and they even walked me thru the process since I've never returned anything on eBay before. Cause of this I found a Nike LTE for a great price with them and got the one I needed. Been using it now for two weeks and it works flawlessly. Highly recommended. Both watch and seller.

“Not what I ordered”

I ordered a new version of a Samsung watch that came out that was suppose to be in like new condition. To my surprise I didn't get what I ordered at all. I contacted blinq and the rep only wanted to give me a 45 dollar credit. I clearly let them know that I wanted the correct model of watch that I was suppose to get. I can't even test this watch out due to the fact that they even sent the wrong charger with it. Crappy experience all the way around. Also the two went dark one I emailed him back about this.

This is my third order from blinq and I am over the top happy. The savings alone are great, the super fast shipping even in a covid environment is spot on. Items are as described and the care for packaging was for me exceptional. Below you will see the Safavieh Accent Table I ordered I was hoping there would be no mishaps with the glass, when i opened the box the care that went into packaging this item... all i could say was WOW and the table was 73% off regular price WITH free shipping: who does that... blinq

I received most of the items offered in a very timely manner, and they were in excellent condition. I have to praise the customer service representative for her professionalism and quick response in dealing with some miscommunication caused by UPS delivery person. All problems were resolved in less than an hour after notifying Blinq customer service. Thanks again for your help

I was hesitant about Blinq because I hadn't heard of it. I bought a Baby Bjorn bouncer 40% off and got it super quickly. Then I ordered West Elm and Pottery Barn duvets for 70% off- again, arrived quickly and everything came in original packaging! The Baby Bjorn packaging was just a little dented and squished, but the product was perfect. I have been very pleasantly surprised with Blinq and will definitely be using them in the future!

My daughter, son-in-law and I have all used it to take my granddaughter for walks. She doesn't like being confined in a stroller, but she loves being transported in this comfortable infant carrier. I was little unsure about the product because in the description it says open box, that can mean anything and I never ordered from this website before. There was a chip in the enamel and the item was oval and not round as advertised. Blinq was more than fair in the resolution they offered. I would confidently do business with them again.

Fan was posted as used very good. The fan was installed just outside the 30 day return window. The fan acted up at first and two days later was dead with a bad motor. The vendor said no reimbursement is possible as it is outside the 30 day window. There was also no verification from the vendor that the product was checked before selling it. Out of money with bad customer service. I would not purchase anything electronic from here.

They shipped me an open box small appliance that had the power plug cut off and taken. (Not that I would have fixed it.) But it certainly tells me they didn't check this open box return. I've heard some manufacturers do this on defective product so it can't be re-sold. Guess that doesn't work all of the time. No worries about returning it, I just hope it doesn't happen again.

That is the exact product I purchased.   DON'T BUY IT!   Mine did NOT hold a charge and was found to be over THREE YEARS OLD by Samsung and did NOT have ANY WARRANTY.   Unfortunately, I bought it only days before the Christmas return policy and BLINQ would NOT exchange, refund or help me in any way at all. I'm stuck with a piece of JUNK and Blinq has my money. BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE... 30 DAYS ONLY!     After contacting Samsung, I found my tablet was OVER THREE YEARS OLD and had NO WARRANTY left.   So be very careful with Blinq's Customer Rep Karen's comment "there MAY be additional warranty from manufacturer".   I ate the cost of the non-functional tablet.   Yes the tablet looked like new, felt like new... but most importantly... did NOT function like new.   In fact, it would not hold a charge, so would not WORK AT ALL.   So, if function is important to you, I offer this advice; BUYER BEWARE!

I was not offered any additional manufacturer's warranty by Blinq, but was told there MAY be warranty from the manufacturer. After contacting Samsung, I was told the tablet I purchased from Blinq was over THREE YEARS OLD AND HAD NO WARRANTY LEFT AT ALL! In short, I threw my money away on their product. BUYER BEWARE
