I came to store #17933 at 9:30 this evening, May 26th. As soon as I walked in the door, I had an employee tell me I had only 30 min to do my shopping. Five minutes later when she ran me up, I asked her why she felt the need to say that. All she would say was "You be careful and have a good night". Adam quickly came outside and apologized for her actions. I am a local business owner and would not be happy with this kind of performance from an employee.

These ppl took my money and then didn't ship my products or the manager at the store took my shipment and kept it for themselves! I have a wedding on Saturday now I have no Charger plates I ordered this last month! This is at the Dollar Tree Fayetteville NC Cliffdale/Reilly Rd! What bothers me more is that manager tells me that she has a case at her house of the same charger plates that I ordered now explain to me how ironic that! So unacceptable I'm so pissed!

Sad how no one cares to do a good job at the one in Mount Olive, Al. Disarray, shelves half full, stacks of merchandise to be unpacked all the time, and then what you do need is behind the stacks that have not been unpacked. Nice new manager though. I worked Retail in my youth, it's good honest work. Seems the workers just want to sit outside and smoke cigarettes and talk on their phone rather get the store looking nice. Don't hire these people who drift from job to job.

At 1 point I was not wanting to go into this location... waldo and his staff have made it clean and comfortable good atmosphere. Nice music when I go Waldo talks to you by name really nice and when I was checking out my 9 year old got slime the cashier shared a story about her slime experience in cars so she gave us a bag and napkin. She has great energy. Wish everyone would take a min to be friendly like they are thank u guys. I enjoy going in to shop to be around a great group of ppl and u guys need to clone Waldo we need him on the front line of our hotel..

I run to Dollar General to get dryer sheets. Only one kind, overpriced but for a digital coupon which I assume gets generated at the register. No. I have to go home, log in, and give them my phone number for life so they can harass me for the pleasure of attempting to get a decent price on any everyday item at their store. I say bullsh*t. Now I have to go back and return it on principal, and rethink ever going there again. What a waste of time.

I just wanted you to know that the Dollar General in Julesburg, Colorado has smart & courteous people. In particular Janice & Diane. They both go out of their way to help. I use this store quite often & just wanted to thank you for having them. I do not shop at the local Family Market because of the rude people they have there. My only complaint is that you made your people wear those masks. Look up Oakes Farms - Seed to Table Market. They did it right.

2/9/22…. Went to Dollar General in Eagle River, WI this afternoon for the first time moving here. Store was nice but the check out lady was rude and down right nasty. I asked her a few common questions and she would snap back with the answers. I always try to see the good in people and realize we all have a bad day, but with her demeanor and the way she snapped at me after each of my questions you can bet I won't be coming back. Totally uncalled for the way I was treated! This lady is going to hurt your business in the long run if you keep her on.

This store is is now way beyond ever being what it once was. Joe made the difference here. I am boycotting this location due to the weird and strange child who brags about her salary and belittles her subordinates in front of customers. Do not shop here. Shelves empty, store is filthy, dead rats under chip racks slowest service ever. Line wait is always at least 10 min long. Employees said there 4 trucks in the back how? They screwed up by wrongfully terminating the only manager who got the job done and cared about us. Done with this location. It sucks. Don't waste your time here folks.

My wife worked here until tonight. She starts a much better job Monday! Their reviews are fake. Her manager and district manager made her as ASST MNG write fake reviews nightly with receipts customers didn't take. They're horrible people to work for and very rude! The product in this store goes bad often because they won't fix the AC or refrigeration in the coolers. Joanna the store manager and Amanda the district manager are very unprofessional and very untrained for management. I'll never shop at any DG again!

I've never, EVER had a good experience with this app. Every time I try to use digital coupons at checkout, it says I have no digital coupons even though I check them off and then review it prior to leaving my home to go to the DG store. And, according to most of the comments I've read, very few customers, if any at all, have had a good experience with digital coupons or the app itself. DG needs to scrap this useless app and start from scratch! How many more complaints do they need?! DUH.

I just wanted to say that my dollar general has the best manager and assistant manager their customer service was outstanding and they are both very welcoming! Amber Peters and Marissa Towery are valuable employees Dollar General could ever have and I just wanted to let everyone know if you are in Green Cove stop by Dollar General on highway 17 store number 02465 and get your products from them at a reasonable price and have a positive shopping experience you wont regret it!

Over the past year I've noticed them replacing everything with their cover valley brand. Clover valley is terrible quality, they need to keep other brands in their store. Also I used to buy DG baby powder, but they swapped it to an even cheaper quality version for the same price. The lid is horrible and powder just goes everywhere, they also switched the $1 pregnancy test to a super cheap piece of crap. They are getting cheaper and cheaper, yet want to keep their prices high for poor quality

I spend alot of money there and they lie to me and say the bathroom is out of order! It's not good

There this store at 4 Country Estates Road in Greenville New York that they employees are perfect in every way. Especially, cashier Laura, Assistant Mananger James and Manager Trishia. These 3 Everytime I go inside always work hard to make sure you get everything you wanted and they always smile while doing so. Please let them know how wonderful employees they really are and I hope they get some just rewards!

It had worked before in this store. When i touched the key pad to enter my phone # to get digital coupon discounts, nothing happened, i just churned. Cashiers said they had nothing to do with that, its all on line. Cashier ran up purchases full price on my credit card. I told them i did not want anything if coupons would not be applied. Had to refund everything, very embarrassing! Will not be back!

I went to the store at 422 W Camp Wisdom Rd
Duncanville, TX 75116 so, i I went to the store and when paying I was charged double for each item, I checked my ticket and decided to take photos of the prices to prove to the cashier that I had been overcharged, the cashier took a long time to correct them and returned what I paid He wanted to and in the end, apart from making me sign twice, he did not return my purchase receipt. I will definitely not be buying from your store again for some time. The store is not tidy and the prices are either not up to date or they usually charge whatever they want, they think the customer is not going to notice, this is not the first time they have done this to me, on other occasions I have had the same problem. The cashier didn't apologize either. I didn't like his attitude.

The DG store in Atkinson, NE is awful. Under new management right now and there is no hope for it at this point. The aisles are crowded with product that needs to be put out and some of them are blocked off so that no one can get down the aisle. Staff are not friendly at all with the exception of one guy. What a horrific mess. Spare yourself the misery of going in there.

I visited Dollar General on Arch Street and pike. I noticed the signed stated mask required was removed from the door. I also witnessed for the third time a employee not wearing a mask. It is very upsetting and disturbing that people take other people safety for granted. No one wants COVID-19. It's very disgusting! I want be shopping there again and I will make sure to tell my family and friends to avid this store. It may save there lives!?

I live in Spry, Pa. 17403, our NEW STORE at 2603 Course Rd. Was doing really great, stocked, prices where good and the people had the store stocked very well, well in the last couple of month's that's all changed, store doesn't have half the stuff it used to have and the things people use the most of is rarely in stock anymore, Dollar General was a " God Sent " for those of us on a tight budget, Very Sad they don't care. LET'S GO BRANDON.

This store manager Monique was extremely rude to me! Her attitude is beyond nasty and she treats customers like crap. She was pissed off that she was the only one working during the hour and decided to take it off on the customers. She was choosing not to serve customers that didn't wear their mask perfectly to her liking. Even those wearing masks were turned away. She decided to call the cops, she is a horrible person. It is obvious she hates her job but she should not be taking it out on customers!

Terrible service lady is very rude and accused me of stealing when I had my pockets out. The next time I went there the same lady was in the front parking lot in her car SMOKING! While yelling at me to get out of her parking lot and sat there on her phone for like 10 minutes before getting out and going inside to the cash register. All in all this is a terrible store I could go on about more bad things but I don't feel like typing out a 10 page essay.

Advise the clerk behind the counter I don't think my phone number was taken can you please double check because I had coupons that should be deducted from my total she did nothing to address the situation and I was running up for the full amount this was the location up on Logan Avenue in Waterloo

I have been shopping at Dollar general for years. In the last year the one in my neighborhood has been like an obstacle course to get through. It is at 550 East Main street Duncan SC. The shelves are empty and there are carts sitting everywhere to be stocked. Not sure if they are understaffed. Something has definitely changed within the last year. It use to be a very clean store. You can't sell product if its not on the shelf.
