So I impulse bought these amazing shoes and they ended up not being what I wanted, and I've never returned a package in my whole life but these shoes were expensive so I had to, and then I got sick and I couldn't get my package to the postal service on time, after finally getting in contact with customer support the nice lady was able to inform me of my refund and my sad broke girl heart feels less beaten tonight. I discovered Dolls Kill last year. I'm so happy that I did! The shop sells the most unique items at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find goth and rave clothing anywhere else.
The staff is also extremely nice and thoughtful. They are always happy to offer assistance or issue a refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. Bloomingdales and Nordstroms do not have this kind of service!

I have been watching the site for a while now and finally decided that for my birthday I would get my shoes from them. Just happen to come upon a wonderful sale and ordered two pair one of which I have worn so far and the comments would not stop. The boots were a good quality and comfortable. Let's not even mention all the attention they got me. So I decided to order two more.

I would describe my style as borderline off-beat, and have been shopping from Dolls Kill for years. Not only do their unique selection of clothes spark joy, I've also never had a bad experience with a clothing item or with shipping. When I do have questions, customer service has always been quick, kind, and helpful in their responses.

Their style ranges from cutesy to edgy, and always provides unique and crazy options. I love getting Halloween costumes from here too! I included a photo of a crop top that I bought online for last year's costume.

FedEx decided to send my package to the east coast (even though it was supposed to be going from California to Oregon). After unsuccessful attempts to communicate with FedEx, I messaged Dolls Kill support and received a response and had a replacement sent out within 24 hours. My replacement package arrived quickly and, of course, the product was great as always. Brenna is the best!

I have been shopping with this company for a long time now, they have the cutest and most unique styles out there. They have been so nice to me about returns and exchanges, I'm always taken care of. A lot of their products unfortunately sell out too fast but i always sign up for their reminder emails and it tells me when the item i wanted comes back in stock and that's always a good thing. Love this company and see myself shopping on the site all the time!

Dollskill is one of those places that is at a consistent level of reliability. Shipping is pretty quick, and there's usually not any problems with my order. The sale category can have you finding pretty great deals as well. The only reason for 4 stars is because if you need to return something, they either charge you a shipping fee or only offer store credit, which is okay if you just need to exchange for a different size. Fix your return process!

When I didn't receive my order on time - which was not the fault of dolls kill- customer service was super quick to refund the shipping costs and send another order on the way. I ended up with two products instead of the one I ordered because my first order that got lost later arrived and dolls kill let me keep it :) great experience! Would definitely order again because I know that customer service is there to help and always responds super quickly!

There was some kind of glitch (or user error?) during my order that caused items I had removed to stay on the final order. I immediately panicked and emailed customer service. According to the FAQ, orders are typically processed to fast to alter or cancel. BUT, that didn't stop Bree! She jumped on that order with the quickness, made the changes, and saved the day! This attentiveness, plus AMAZING clothing and deals has created a customer 4 lyfe! Kisses to my new Dolls Kill family! <3

Dolls kill has done an amazing job of listening to their customers. I think they've really grown with their audience and care about what we want from them. I've purchased a few things already from dollskill but had some questions about sizing as I have an hourglass body and it's hard to find the right fit online. I received a very quick response with very helpful information about the sizes. As someone who works in the customer service industry it's always so awesome when I get such great customer service Would def recommend buying from them. Great customer service and great products, what more could you ask for?!

In my first order I found a DEAD COCKROACH! I was about to puke... Accidents can happen, what makes the difference is how these unexpected events are managed.
A serious company would at least have offered me a discount to apologize, on the contrary they just told me that they would have made some investigations, as if it were a customer's problem the condition in which they keep their warehouses...

And it wasn't the only bad experience that I had ordering by their site!

I found Dolls Kill a couple of years ago and immediately fell in love with the unique aestethic of their clothes and accessories. Whatever type of doll I want to be, Dolls Kill always has me covered with options for being either cute, sexy or both. A huge bonus is that Daddy loves the outfits too, so it's easy to borrow his credit card when I want to go shopping.:-)

I love how many unique clothes you can find here. This company has clothes, purses, and other accessories that I would not be able to find at any other store. I love their shoe selection especially. They also ship pretty fast and have stellar customer service. I have only had a few issues with this company, but they have all been resolved. I just wanted to say I'm really liking this service, especially how progressive some of the items are. I legit teared up when I saw all the pride stuff like I love the rainbow bolero and the trans and gay shirts, super pretty and as a queer trans guy seeing stuff like that in such a popular shop I was pleasantly surprised. I'm sure it's already known that these items are appreciated because of how they fly off the shelves xD but I wanted to reach out anyway. Thanks.

Amazing! I always shop with Dollskill so I am aware how fast they ship out. This time around I noticed no movement on my package for about 2 weeks. I emailed them and within mins they responded addressed the issue that my order may have Been lost and shipped me a replacement. I am big on customer service
