“Company will not refund you!”

I ordered it in July and sent it back to them because the workmanship was not good at all. Not worth the money. I tracked the package back to them and they have had it back since July 20th. When I emailed them I get a generic email back, just stating that if I want to do a return blah blah. No answers to my questions, as where, is my money? As of now, I do not recommend buying anything from them.

I ordered it in July and sent it back to them because the workmanship was not good at all. Not worth the money. I tracked the package back to them and they have had it back since July 20th. When I emailed them I get a generic email back, just stating that if I want to do a return blah blah. No answers to my questions, as where, is my money? Different material used!
Neckline terribly uneven and poor workmanship.
All made in China
Customer measurements provided and about 1.5 sizes too big.
Need to find a wedding dress in 3 weeks!

Dresssfford is legitimate. Everything; beauty, the quality satin, and even American sizing was perfect! Even just two to three weeks, the use of DHL ship made the dress arrive on time.

Before I ordered my wedding dress, I had my doubts. Only due to really bad choices on impulse, on instagram. I now will order brides maid dresses from dress afford! Aloha!

We order what we thought would be a beautiful dress but got something entirely SUBSTANDARD workmanship! The picture online is NOT what you will get! We were told by a seamstress to return it! It wasn't a true size and you can't fix that. We had to rush and find another dress! We were 4 days past their 14 day return policy and they refused to return it. This company is not interested in quality!

Honestly I was so nervous about getting the dress after ordering I saw all theses bad reviews and I freaked out! Today I received the dress and it's the exact dress I ordered! Fits ALMOST perfect the bust part is sitting above my breast which I'm sure I can get adjusted with a seamless where I live but the dress is perfect besides that. I was beyond nervous expecting the worse and now beyond excited

I ordered a size 12 because I was a size 12 and they were very loose and comfortable on me, thinking I could always have it taken in if I needed to. Then I lost 20 pounds while waiting for the dress to come and it says size 12 but I cannot even zip it all the way. Their sizes are not accurate for US customers.

I love my dress, it was custom-made with measurements I provided. Fits perfectly and looks exactly as the one on the photo. Special thanks goes to Josh and Vivian who did a wonderful job in replying asap to my inquiries and making sure I get the dress on time, even during their busy season. All in all, I fully recommend DressAfford, they do amazing job!

This website will not respond to a defective item we received over a week ago! To process a return on time. The dress fits very poorly and looks completely different then the one picture available online! If anyone knows how else to contact them besides email and "online chat" (that's just a bot) please let me know. I'm desperate.

Was very sceptical about buying a dress from here as there were lots of bad reviews, I'm so glad I bought my dress. Arrived fast and is beautiful! Bought in a cream colour and custom fit, and will be just perfect. I hope this helps other people find their dress

I bought a wedding dress and they said shipping was not at all impacted by the virus. I was supposed to get the dress over a week ago at the latest. The representative I have talked to is rude and isn't very helpful and said supposedly it was sitting at a shipping carrier. I now have almost no time until my wedding and no dress! This place has left me depressed and frustrated! Never ever ever purchase a dress from here!

The third photo is the dress that I believed that I was ordering. First is what I received, not the same color, different sleeve length, and the gold was definitely not what I was looking for. The second, couldn't get the bottom 2 buttons done up.

I paid $247 for this and would rather wear a burlap sack rather than this dress. If you value your money and your sanity, best to steer clear!

I bought a dress which looked beautiful in the pic. Gave them measurements as they asked. Completely wrong. When it game it was a very b grade version of the dress. So dissappointed. Waste of money I can not wear this. It looked nothing like the pic as you can see just horrible

I bought my dress from this company and the dress came out looking so cheap!
If you're going to sell cheap dresses, please take photos of the cheap material you use and not stolen professional photos of actual wedding websites!
Alex has such horrible customer service and refuses to barely give any money back.
It's basically fraud for selling products that don't match the picture you're selling. So if you're having a problem with this company, you can call your bank and dispute the charge because it is fraud. ESPECIALLY if the seller won't compromise with you. At the end of the day, you're the buyer and they wouldn't even be a company without you. So you should be treated as such. It's such a shame companies like this still exist.

I really can't find the right words to describe the quality of this skirt. It fits like a glove and the manufacture is perfect! I think it's more beautiful than a high fashion skirt, as it was handmade just for me with love. This shop is a pleasure to deal with, the communication was wonderful and the shipping was fast, I will surely buy again soon! :)

I purchased a bridesmaid dress from this website & my dress was the only one with mismatched material. I order the lavender dress but the dress was lavender & lilac which is not like the pic on the site. Due to COVID the wedding was cancelled therefore I didn't have anyone's dress to compare mines to until the wedding was back on in 2021. I called the company & they refused to fix their horrible product. Don't ever! I repeat don't ever purchase anything from these unprofessional idiots again. They have no class or consideration for their mistake & the impact of COVID.

China based criminal website, their email address is not legit and they will NEVER answer the phone or respond to your messages. IF, IF they send you a dress it wont be the 1 on the Picture. Never got a refund.

I am torn on this review, because we had a 50/50 experience with this site. Here are my observations:
1) If you decide to order (which I encourage you not to do), be sure to order WAY in advance. Dresses take a LONG time to arrive.
2) Be sure you try on the dress RIGHT AWAY. They have a 14 day return policy, and if you send them an email one day outside of that time, you are completely out of all your money. We were out of town when the dresses arrived and then planning the wedding, so I didn't try mine on in time. (It was one of so many boxes...)
3) Of the two dresses we ordered, one was good (even though we still needed to alter it) and the other was absolutely terrible. Didn't look like the picture AT ALL.
4) When contacted about the second dress, they were absolutely rigid and wouldn't entertain a return, even though it was made so poorly. I sent the email within three weeks of arrival.
Bottom line: I would not order from here. It's just too much of a risk. By the time I realized how bad the dress was, I was in a scramble to find another one. I would have assumed a 30-day policy, considering how long it took to arrive, but 14 days is all you get. In the midst of crazy wedding planning, I didn't check and now I'm out all of my money. I wouldn't sell the dress, either, as I wouldn't push the bad quality on anyone else. I would have loved the dress that was pictured. I didn't get that dress.

Tip for consumers:
Try your dress on right away and get in touch with them right away for returns. Expect to wait a LONG time to receive your dress.

This dress wasn't that comfortable as expected and the skirt was not proportional to the top. I customized the dress and I wasn't terribly fond of it, but the quality was lovely. I will take it to the tailor to see if it can be fixed. Thanks anyway!

I have tried to communicate with this company about the product I paid for which was not delivered. They have denied me any solution and would not even offer a replacement. This company is based out of China and they are not trust worthy. Their website does not indicate this is a company based in China. Please be aware I have had to escalate this problem to PayPal because they are unwilling to provide a refund. I also added a picture of this claim as well as a picture of the paid product which has China symbols as the company (proof that it is not an American company) Don't buy from this company. They are a scam.

What an awful dress! Shoddy workmanship, cheap fabric, and a bustline so ridiculously made that even a professional seamstress I took it to was baffled by it! Since she attempted unsuccessfully to alter it, I can't return it, but you can be certain I will never, ever order from DressAfford again!

My daughter is not the type of person who likes to go shopping and try stuff on. With the covid thing, we weren't sure if there would even be a prom this year (2021) but we would hate to be caught needing a dress and not have one. How do you get a pretty dress for a 5' tall young woman without spending a fortune and having to try on a bunch of "fails" in store? DressAfford! I can't believe how quickly it arrived and how beautifully it's made, tailored to her measurements. No alterations necessary! She could have chosen other colors too--but we liked the picture so decided to go with that one. We were even able to specify how long the top should be to provide modest coverage. We added the petticoat, though she probably won't wear it, and all total with the shipping even was less than $200. If you're someone who knows what styles look good on you and you are not likely to find stuff that is suitable straight off the rack, then this is an awesome solution. We are so happy! Now we're just hoping there is a prom!

The dress I received was not the dress I ordered, having extreme differences than the picture. Upon trying to return it, the company said they would deduct 20% of the cost of the gown for "handling fees", plus deduct the cost it was for them to ship to me and I had to pay for the shipping cost back. When I tried to talk to them about return options, they suggested I donate my dress...
It's a scam, don't waste your money.

Ordering multiple dresses to try on will increase production time frame and If you decide only to keep one all those you do not like will be discarded since we seldom resell dresses...
