There was a bit of a wait for the availability of the frame I chose. That was communicated immediately which I appreciated. Customer support was stellar! Once they began filling the prescription, the process moved quickly. Delivery was right on time as promised and they did a flawless job! I will be ordering sunglasses next. It's a great place to go for authentic designer frames without spending a mint. Love them!

“STAY AWAY! PAID and STILL no glasses!”

Don't buy from EZCONTACTS. I ordered two pair of frames, and have been charged for both, and still no glasses. I would be fine with this, except that the site said the frames would be two to three days. Customer service has been slow or unresponsive. First set said to have shipped, but no tracking info and no glasses. I still don't know when or if I'll get the second set I paid for, and they didn't bother to even expedite shipping. Just stay away.

Don't buy from EZCONTACTS. I ordered two pair of frames, and have been charged for both, and still no glasses. I bought persols to replace a pair that I had for years and lost. Unfortunately, after only a few weeks of wear, a screw has come loose that led to the sunglasses completely coming apart. The left and right lens are completely detached from each other. Nothing happened to spur this, just normal wearing. Since I had this exact repair for 3 years prior, I know that they are high quality sunglasses, so I am very disappointed that these did not hold up for the same level.

Had a problem with the Place Order function after I entered my order, shipping and payment information. Screen froze. Called customer service number provided and held for 38 minutes at which point I hung up. Tried live chat and that is where I am now. The live chat person processed my screen and I have received a confirmation email. I am feeling kind of sceptical and worried by this experience. I my daughter receives her contact lenses in a timely manner I will feel a lot better.

Ordered sunglasses from EZContacts, do not waste your money or time, horrible experience, ordered Sept 19 and got my glasses on October 8th, they close 10 days for "holiday" without letting the customer know, no one ever answers the phone and when you try to send an email there is always a pop up window that says, system error try again, now i know why their prices are cheaper, please buy regular price anywhere but DO NOT buy anything from this piece of crap website!

My original choice in colored contacts was apparently on back order, however I did not find this out until I called to find out what was taking so long. I made a new choice, the additional fees came out of my account a few days later, but when I didn't receive an email with shipping info approximately 5 days more, I had to email customer service again to get them on the way to me. Total time spent waiting was 3 weeks... not acceptable.

Worst online eye contacts company in existence. I received wrong prescription for my son and did not realize until he opened one box. I returned order. I was charged for difference in new order. Never received it. Instead I received a partial refund and am now out almost $80. You can never get anyone to answer phone. Customer service is non existent.

I have used you for years with an overall great experience. A few orders back my order clearly went awry and I contacted you guys multiple times. It took a total of 4 weeks to receive my order, as the status update on the shipping never changed from the warehouse. Contacts are crucial and I now order 3 to 4 weeks in advance, just in case, but a credit or some other perk would have been nice. I have to wear glasses for two weeks! People didnt even recognize me!

This place is a flat joke that sells fake merchandise. I ordered a pair of name brand frames, they showed up in a box that wasn't even correct, missing authentication certificate. Oh yeah, and that was after waiting a month because of "warehouse issues" for something they supposedly had in stock. I suggest you look up their BBB (better business bureau) ratings, not this joke of a website. There's far more honest opinions there.

*edited 09. 28. 21* I finally got word back from Luxottica, and they claim these guys are an authentic reseller. However, that doesn't negate the many discrepancies I found between these frames and ones purchased direct from Luxottica. Maybe they're an authorized reseller with some creative warehousing/supply chain elements. Maybe I got a bad pair. IDK. All I can say with a certainty is the customer service was non-existent until I threatened disputing the charge with the issuing bank, and their review clearly are padded (and most of the positives fake, from the writing).

So kind of a mixed bag. I'd shop here with real caution if I were you.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid EZcontacts like the plague. Or check their reviews on social media, the BBB, etc. You'll find a LONG line of unhappy customers just like me.

I love my new Costa Del Mar sunglasses. I purchased them at a way lower price than competitors. I received them in 5 days of ordering them weekend included. I gave 4 stars because I don't like that you cannot contact anyone for customer service via telephone but someone did email me back a few days later.

Great service; got my Prada eye glasses for a great price and they were exactly as expected. I already knew this frame looked good on me, so that made the process a bit easier. The blue blocking lens are nice; clean easily and fairly thin. Sent a cleaner spray with it too! Shipping takes about two weeks from your the day you place your order if you do the free shipping. Overall I'd recommend this buisness.

I ordered Nike frames for my son who can't see without them & paid extra to have them delivered in 5-7 days & never received them! I called & spoke with a customer service rep who advised me that this product has actually been discontinued even though they have them on there website to order. We came up with a solution to just order him a different color from & since it's been going on 3 weeks, we would be getting the replacements sent to us within 24 hours & it's now been 3 days & still haven't received the replacements!

Don’t order from here if you need anything any time soon

I ordered Jimmy Choo frames in April. After getting lenses put in in September ( had to wait for exam per insurance till then) and wearing for 8 days the decorative piece on the temple fell off and didn't find it. I called and they said too bad your 30 day warranty is up. I called another company who said shame on EZ contacts. Jimmy Choo frames come with a 2 year warranty. They just didn't want to bother. I am happy to say the new company replaced my temple piece under warranty with no cost except shipping.

I really hate to make bad reviews because I always try to solve things by talking, but this company really has people who talk very well, it is a shame to hide the real situation of purchases from its customers! Four calls two different people and the same excuses... and to make the refund worse it will take longer than the deadline on my glasses should have been delivered.

They came with two separate cloths and an awesome little screwdriver that can go on your keychain, which I find to be super nice because my old glasses constantly needed tightened and I didn't have a small enough screwdriver. The product fits and looks as it does online. I love my glasses.

Awesome company. I ordered a couple of pairs of Arnette sunglasses and these items came within 4 days. Kudos to Annie and Yva at customer service as both gals were fantastic to work with and always replied back to my emails and kept me informed about the delivery tracking progress etc. Both sunglasses came in the original boxes and cleaning cloths. My wife and I are very impressed with these guys. Prices are so fair too. Stay safe my Brooklyn sisters.

The Armani Logo on one side keeps lifting up and wont stay down. For an obsessive compulsive like myself its very annoying but I wont send them back because they take too long to deliver so I will just keep them and order more when the logo finally comes off. Got the same pair from Macys.com several years ago and they were flawless. The only reason I am replacing them now is because the lenses are scratched up pretty bad and I cannot see out of them.

10 days shipping turned in 30 days. Customer service repeatedly lied. Prescription sunglasses were unwearable, double vision. Wasted 40 days, work hours and $6.99 shipping. Should just pay the extra $40 a buy through the sunglasses manufacturer. The 5 star reviews are obviously fake. TERRIBLE company, you have been warned!

The ordering experience is fine,however,the contacts I received last time had 3 ripped contacts in one of the boxes when I opened. The numbers on the box is barcode 30902920 and another #187187.
Can you send me 3 extra on this order? Order #1315069. It is for my left eye. I did not want to put a negative comment on the review because I still like your contacts overall. Not sure what happened with this box?

I love my new sunglasses and was excited to receive them, but when I opened the box, they were so crooked. BADLY out of shape as if someone sat on them. I would pin it on it getting damaged during delivery, but inside TWO hard shell cases, it doesn't make sense. Now I don't know what to do with them!

I'm very disappointed that I spent so much money trying to get a nice pair of glasses and they are cheaply made, enormous and immediately fall off my face. I requested to return them and customer service wants me to fill out a form which is impossible because I don't have access to a printer and I am trying to follow the rules of social distancing because I have a baby that's medically fragile. I'm very upset and will never purchase my contacts or glasses from you again! Total waste of my money.

Responsive customer service helped me find the best lens option for my needs. There was a little miscommunication in the order that caused a little delay, but they quickly corrected it and expedited shipping for me to make up for it. I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I places my order and waited a week, nothing. I reached out to them and they said this... We apologize for the inconvenience. The contact lenses that you ordered were actually not available at our warehouse when you placed the order. Instead of waiting for our stocks to arrive, we have requested our distributor to send the contacts directly to you to shorten the delay. 1. They were in stock when I placed my order. 2. I still havent received anything about my order since 3. If went directly from distributor, why am I still waiting? I will never place anotber order with this company, right now I'm trying to even figure out if this is a legit company. I ordered a pair of glasses the same day I ordered these, but from another website. They made them and sent them to me, fast. I have never had to wait this long for contacts to be shipped to me. So now I'm wondering if they are even real contacts, and where they get them from. If they are safe for my eyes. Sketchy as $#*! company.

You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.

I ordered an item that the website said "available in 2-3 days". 6 days later i contacted customer service who said they had to order it from the manufacturer and would receive it in 10-15 business days and then ship it. So I'd count on a month or so.
