I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the leather luggage that I purchased and the outstanding, friendly and efficient customer service that I received from Forzieri. I am always a little nervous when I purchase overseas, but Alex and Eva put me completely at ease. The luggage is BEAUTIFUL and they made every effort possible to make sure that I received it in time for my vacation.

Bought an allessi kettle for 200 pounds was faulty from day one kept not switching on Would not repair or refund because I changed plug on appliance to uk 3 pin came with euro 2 pin this was 6 months ago still no further forward lost all my money terrible customer service

I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the leather luggage that I purchased and the outstanding, friendly and efficient customer service that I received from Forzieri. I am always a little nervous when I purchase overseas, but Alex and Eva put me completely at ease. The luggage is BEAUTIFUL and they made every effort possible to make sure that I received it in time for my vacation.

If I'd read these reviews first, I would never have ordered from this company. The problem was with their customer service. They take a week to respond to queries and are still using COVID as an excuse. It took over a month to process my return and refund. It's very hard to get a response from them and in the end I had to raise a dispute via PayPal. The company then had the cheek to blame me for the delayed refund. I'd definitely avoid using this company. Their products can be sourced pretty much anywhere, so shop around.

We'd like to reply to customer Michelle Borrell.
She placed order in date 29/01/2022, it was regularly processed and shipped out, with free upgrade to express delivery, despite she chose economy shipping. Regularly delivered via FedEx to the following address:

Once received she decided to return and we did offer free return, we paid return shipping costs and re-entry to Italy duties and customs.
We received her return on March 4th. Her refund was issued on March 23th, with a little bit of delay, as part of our team is still in smart working.
COVID restrictions in Italy, where we work and we ship from, are still active, until April 1st.
Still, all orders are shipped out in timely manner and refunds are also handled in timely manner, sometimes with some little delay.

We'd like to reply to customer Kerry Creed from Leicester, UK.

She bought an ALESSI (an Intentional known brand) kettle on our site, where it was clearly written that it did have a EU plug as you can see (and she could see, as she placed the order through such page) in the link below:

"EU plug. Made in Italy. Design Michael Graves, 2001. Technical features: Capacity 1.5 Liters, Power 2,400 Watts, Voltage 220 - 240 Volt. Due to voltage difference, for countries that do not have EU plugs either a plug adapter or voltage converter must be used."

What did she do? She cut the kettle's EU plug and replaced it with a UK plug, with a manual work (she even sent us pictures about it) that absolutely doesn't guarantee proper working of the product and is also not covered from the brand's guarantee.

She didn't use a plug adapter nor a voltage converter as written on our site.

We believe it's not fair to receive such negative comment, as unfortunately, sorry to say it, it is all her fault here.

We explained this to customer several times, still we got the negative feedback

I placed an order for a Marni bag on the 22/7/2020 (order no: 9041731). It has been 10 weeks and after multiple emails, the customer support claimed that there is a delay from Marni side thus the item is not in stock. After waiting for 10 weeks, I decided to cancel and request a refund. The moment I asked for a refund, they told me the item was shipped and I will be provided with a tracking number soon. After 3 days, I have not received any tracking number and no updates. The item is worth almost AUD 2000 and the customer service was absolutely poor and disappointing. If I could give zero star I would.

I ordered a handbag. The order process was simple and the bag arrived in good time. I decided it was not what I wanted, so I followed instructions and received my label to return the bag. I returned it and obtained confirmation from the shipper that Forzieri had received the return. Today is day 21, and my account still shows "awaiting returned item." I have e-mailed twice: no response. I called about ten days after my return was received and was told it takes about 14 days to process. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Refund issued after much time and aggravation. Alex Baronio is the person to contact regarding any return issues. Everyone else is useless.

I had a great time ordering from forzieri and the prices on their merchandise was very competitive and their service was outstanding. I highly recommend them for fine Italian products with out breaking the bank.

12/9/20 - I placed an order and paid $12 for shipping. Site said it would ship in 3 days.
12/18/20 - Contacted Forzieri, I have heard NOTHING. "Customer service"(yes, I put that in quotes because customer service is nonexistent) blames supplier, says package will ship 12/21.
12/21/20 - says that package sent. Gave me a Fedex tracking number that has no information.
12/31/20 - called Fedex as package was not updated since 12/22. They said it is still in Italy and I need to contact Forzieri. Forzieri says "sorry, package was blocked".
1/4/2021 - Forzieri emails to say it is in USA and can expect delivery in 1-2 days.
1/6/2021 - still no delivery, I told them to deliver by 1/8 or I will contact my credit card company to open dispute.
1/7/2021 - Forzieri says sorry again.
1/8/2021 - still no package. I called and had payment reversed and opened dispute.
1/12/2021 - Package finally delivered - 5 WEEKS AFTER ORDERED! I ask them to please refund my $12 shipping fee, they say no can only offer credit for next order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I will NEVER order from your company again.

Do not make order with several products mixed with discount products.
The moment of refund you will face serious problems. The worst customer service. They don't want to buy from them. They do not want customers as far as I can see from their behavior. I was a regular customer. But now I will never buy from them again. They do not respect their customers. I made a mistake of the amount of my PayPal refund and took it advantage of it. According to my mistake they refund me 170 euro less event though they knew what should be the right amount of refund. Instead of 816 euro they return me 640 euro. Unprofessional staff.

Poor platform. Beware when you input your address, the second address line might not be successfully stored in their system, but the worst is that when you contact their CS, no matter via CS form, facebook, reply to confirmation even their helpdesk email, no one replies you, even you quote your order number and mention the issue (e.g. Incomplete shipping address list in order detail), on one cares and they would just push the parcel and deliver a very bad experience. I don't recommend the site, there are too many other choices, pick something better like Farfetch, net-a-porter etc,

Be really careful when you shop with Forzieri.com, they published "Free Return" & "Customer satisfaction guaranteed" only to selected countries' customers. I didn't realize this until I made a so called free return as I only get refunded less than one third of amount paid due to return cost and custom cost deduction, which means I pay more than two third of price for Nothing! And the worst is, I requested for return this item due to the item was damaged. I emailed them to request for balance refund or exchange with same non-faulty item but they rejected my request and asked me to make new purchase pay for another same full price. How ridiculous is their customer services that they don't think of customer side just stand on their own unfair policy. I was really regret I made purchase with Forzieri.com and will never shop there again.

This site has some very beautiful clothes. I purchased a coat from here that I absolutely love. I would definitely shop here again. I didn’t have any problem with shipping. The coat is very well made and extremely comfortable.

Wow, what a wonderful customer experience!

I ordered my handbag late Monday night 7/1/19 and received this 10/1/19. I live in Australia, and am a regular online shopper. So to receive something so quickly from the other side of the world was fantastic ( and left me shocked!) The bag arrived beautifully wrapped and packaged. I received regular updates as to when it would arrive.

I highly recommend Forzieri and can't wait to buy something from this site again.

PURCHASED A LEATHER HANDBAG FOR OVER AUD450 PLUS POSTAGE AND WHEN IT CAME IT WAS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT EG. NO STITCHING, EXPOSED SEAMS, A VERYY POOR QUALITY ITEM ALTHOUGH ADVERTISED AS A LUXURY HIGH QUALITY ITEM. I DEMANDED A REFUND THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED IT AND THEN GOT A RUN AROUND FOR OVER 2 MONTHS AND EVEN ONE MONTH AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT THEY THEN DEDUCT AUD132.00 CLAIMING IT IS FOR RETURN CUSTOMS AND DUTY WHICH IS A COMPLETE SCAM AS IT IS A RETURNING ITEM ORIGINATING FROM THE ORIGINAL EUROPEAN STORE SO CUSTOMS AND TAXES ARE NOT PAYABLE AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK AFTER 4 MONTHS. THEIR WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES FREE RETURNS BUT THEY KEPT 1/3 OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AND LIED ABOUT WHY THEY ARE KEEPING IT BUT EARLIER OFFERED TO ABSORB THE CUSTOMS AND TAXES AS LONG AS I KEPT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE IN CREDIT WITH THEM AND MADE ANOTHER PURCHASE - CLEARLY THIS IS SCAM AND THEY ARE MAKING MONEY FOR NOTHING. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE ITALIAN FRAUD DEPARTMENT TO THE MINISTRY OF POLICE AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS. FORZIERI ARE OPERATING OUTSIDE THE LAW AND HOLDING INTERNATIONAL BUYERS TO RANSOM.

Despite some bad reviews read around, I still decided to purchasd a MK bag on Forzieri (I found a 20% OFF coupon online) and what did I get:
Great packaging, delivery in two days and, most important, my girlfriend was happy very happy about it. I'd recommend.

Not happy with Forzieri. Received defective bag and was told to return so they could have "repaired". Bag was used for a total of 2 days before the stitching fell out. I returned as instructed, they confirmed it arrived but I have received no updates nor response to emails since. Not a quality merchant - too many other good ones out there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent customer service from the team at Forzieri. My order arrived faster than expected, beautifully packaged with a card who prepared my order, which I though was a lovely touch. The item I purchased was nearly £80 cheaper on forzieri than other websites. I will definitely be using this website again

I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I've only had great experiences with the site. I've purchased 3 balmain pieces at separate times. A bag, WOC, and ankle boots. Bag and ankle boots were at great prices. The boots I received were in impeccable, clearly unworn condition. The bag was is great condition too although I did find one small scratch on the surface. I am picky though so 99% of people would not have seen this.

I've also made a few orders that I needed to cancel so that I could combine shipping, and customer service was quick to respond and accommodate my requests. Shipping was incredibly fast. I purchased boots the past Sunday and I received them Thursday. Italy to California, USA.

Everything was packaged beautifully and carefully.

The wallet I returned because there was a scratch and black glue marks on the inside. The return process was quick, free, and easy. They sent me a refund within a few days of receiving the package. I will keep purchasing from this site!
