I like shopping at this store very much. The prices are low and the quality is pretty good. Shipping may take a while to Canada but since the shipping fee is so low, I would still rather shop here than other online stores. Customer service is pretty responsive and professional too. I have not had a bad experience yet and plan on shopping here regularly for electronic accessories.

This is the worst service I've ever paid for. It's actually a scam, basically. I ordered Xiaomi Airdots 3 months ago. Still waiting for them. Gearbests doesn't answer to any of my messages. They'll reply to this bad review saying that they sent me a tracking number. This tracking number clearly says that my order has been returned to China, without any attempt of delivery. I strongly advice you to stay away from this website.

This is the worst service I've ever paid for. It's actually a scam, basically. I ordered Xiaomi Airdots 3 months ago. Still waiting for them.

Gearbests doesn't answer to any of my messages. They'll reply to this bad review saying that they sent me a tracking number. This tracking number clearly says that my order has been returned to China, without any attempt of delivery.

I strongly advice you to stay away from this website.

I bought an electric bike and after 11 months it stopped working.
I contacted both the seller (Niubility store) and Gearbest to open an RMA to repair the bike because it's still under warranty, and I sent them the video of the issue, but it's one month they are just kidding me, always postponing the solution of the problem.
It's clear that they have no intention to honour the warranty, their goal is to make you wasting your time until you give up.
I do not recommend this website at all.

Despite all the fake positive reviews, I am a real customer purchasing 3 orders from GearBest. Out of 4 items I ordered 5 months ago, I received 1 item only. The rest 3 items are still missing and nobody knows where they are. On GearBest web page it marked they were delivered which is a complete lie. This company is basically a thief and scammer. They took your money but don't ship your goods. Please don't buy from this store if you want endless frustration. The CS department is useless. If you look at the positive reviews, they are fake.

What the hell you doing
This is the second time that I pay for my order and is not available on your magazine
What the hell you put things in web and take money but you di didn't send from people
This is not a good thing and also illegal
I'm going to make a claim for your website on the police office post web because this is second time for me. I don't want to think about million people that order from this sheet site.

I ordered 3 items 50 days ago and still didn't get them. The worst customer service. You can only text them. And they won't help you. First they will tell you to contact the sellers. And when you do and don't get any results. They'll leave you hanging with no answer. 50 days and still have no idea about my orders. So frustrating and too much time consuming.
Save your time and money. Order from a website that cares about customers.

Stay away from this site. It’s scam. You can’t talk to anybody. You can only text. You’ll waist so much time. You’ll get frustrated. And you won’t get any results or help. 50 days still didn’t get my orders. And still didn’t get any help from them

Hello,
I ordered a laser engraving machine on February 2,2020 and, almost 5 months later,
I still haven't received anything. At each contact (via Messenger), they (the bots)
Tell me that, according to the website, the shipment is scheduled for...
But the status of the product always remains "packaged". I am aware that the COVID-19
Health crisis did not help, but I would have preferred a little more transparency,
Even if I was told that the means of delivery are stopped and that I cannot get it
For now...

Fake delivery information (they claimed the phone had been sent via DHL, which was a lie), four months of automated and completely unhelpful responses, and a partial refund - even though the item was never sent. I've now been told I get the rest of my money back if I delete my negative reviews on Trustpilot. Not a chance. Gearbest is basically a fraudulent operation and deserves all the negative publicity it's receiving. I strongly suspect that the positive reviews here are also fake.

Avoid this company, it's a scam.

I have just made an order to GEARBEST, have not received the items just yet. The site seems honest, clean, and professional. Offering reasonable prices that anyone can dive into without hitting bottom. So far I feel comfortable as it is my first time. If all goes well, which I'm sure it will. I am going to continue my purchases with this company and recommend it to all and everyone I know. It takes patience, communication and trust to believe in a online business. MASTER the TACTIC of LEARNING!

I would suggest to avoid any orders on Gearbest. I have quite terrible experience with them and I'm their VIP customer since 2015. I purchased twice SOOCAS X3 - they were even not working more then 1 year. In both cases they offered instead of repair just partial reimbursement. Now I'm dealing with order that hasn't been delivered after more then 80 days since order - I'm being told I have to wait 100 days for reimbursement. This policy is convincing me to cancel my profile on this shop.

Im still waiting for my xiaomi gadgets to arrive since 08.04.2020. It was a mud protector holder in it, so i could prevent the mud protector to be broken down, which happened today. They haven't even told me that they didn't sent me the pack becouse of some stocking problems, which i must have asked them(otherwise they just take money and never even send the item). This loss isn't in the garantee.

Highly recommend to NOT order from here.

I received defective product. I filed a return/exchange request on the Gear Best website. I was put in contact with the seller. They promised a replacement on May 28th. And after several more messages between us the seller now says they never heard from me at all until June 25th. GearBest represents many sellers and they take no responsibility for the products they sell. If you do get an email sent to them - you won't receive an email back you have to go back to the site, log in and look for your messages

Okay I admit that I have gotten a few things okay but on a recent order I got 1 thing that was broken. They will not give your money back only a store credit. Also, I ordered a few items and one of them didn't come. I contacted support about it. It was messed up because I got a couple of the items so they deleted the order number as delivered. It turns out they ordered the item from another company. So now they want me to contact that company and to complain to them or whatever. They give me links that do not make any sense. It's just not worth it. Unlike Amazon or Ebay this company has little or no support, especially if it is from one of there "affiliates".
My summary on Gearbest is that it is just not worth it. It can take forever to get an item you order. If you wait several months and don't get the item you order then you will probably get the old run around so your out of the money that you paid. Support is the worst and Gearbest just don't seem very trustworthy to me.

This was my worst experience with online shopping so far. They never shipped my package, ignored my complaints and only wanted to give me like 20% of my money back in coupons. Thankfully I paid with PayPal, so after like a month of waiting for Gearbest to solve this, I turned to them and got my case closed, they'll send me all my money back. Never gonna shop from here again, very bad customer service.

The device comes with virtually no packaging, which makes the first impression a bit bad, but when I started using it I realized that there were good points. It has a good fit to the ears; reasonable volume; sufficient range (I tested for 4 meters); and because of the low cost, we can not expect more than that. The bad points are: Somewhat muffled sound and uncomfortable control position.

Good product if you are looking for something inexpensive.

I ordered in stock item, and inquired 1.5 months later, as no shipment updates; turns out, it was back ordered, and they offered to ship 2 wks later. They offered to credit their "wallet" or sell me another item. Read reviews on R. Ddit. I'm not the only one with customer service issues. I had to insist they refund 100%. What a waste of time. I don't believe I'll do business with them. I should have read review earlier.

Don't buy from these cowboys. "Support" is not part of their remit. I got quite a few bits from them, some were complete and utter Chinese crap but I sucked it up with those. On a more expensive robotic vacuum/mop, it didn't work and they just don't want to know! I did receive the best ever reponse to feedback where i complained about their service. They said and I quote: "Dear customer,

This ticket is now closed."

Just had a look at the star rating on this site. They must be writing their own reviews or paying people to write them.
In short, bought a Fitbit watch, does not work, tried using their system which didn't work until I got through to them via Facebook.
17 communications and 17 apologies later I still have a dead watch.
Made a claim via PayPal, hopefully they can get these hopeless, useless company to fix the watch, repack it or refund... I won't hold my breath though. Unless you have money to burn... do not use.

I bought a thermometer from gearbest three months ago.
It arrived in just three weeks, but it is not working properly. It always shows 139,2F or 59,6C body temperature.
I wrote to them explaining the issue and they answered that they will do something as soon as possible. Well it is already over two months and no solution, no refund, nothing. Although I tried more times to contact them.
My opinion is stay away from gearbest. If they don't want happy customers, they are in a wrong direction. Also I wrote a bad review about the thermometer and they just don't upload it.

I ordered a Chuwi hipad X on november 28 noticed in stock with a 14 days delivery.
After 5 tchats customer service today december 15 tells me product isn't in stock and they estimate shipping Dec21-Dec 23, previously they estimated shipping Dec 11-Dec 14.
They replied me"stock and availability shown on our site are for your reference only"
Be carrefull when you order.
Otherwise you'll have to explain your kid why he has no gift for Christmas.

I have spent approx. $150.00 for the KN95 mask with valve. The straps are pulling off the mask (some as soon as you put it on, others after about 2 hrs. Of use.) I have very patiently been working with the "support tickets" process on the website. Gearbest directs you to the actual store (However, I bought my mask from Gearbest not Life-Time Store or Niche Alerts Store.) The store won't resolve it and now Geearbest has cleared all the history of the tickets that have been going on for 3 weeks now. They have TERRIBLE customer service and POOR PRODUCTS

Gearbest is a platform that sells products in its own name and hosts sellers. I bought several block construction toys from 3rd party sellers and a few technical gadgets, some of them from Gearbest directly.

Delivery is usually in original packaging, which maybe a real asset for presents, collectors or when planning to resell down the road.
Support is friendly and competent, better than Ali which seems to be highly standardized and automated

Delivery lead times are longer than on Ali or ebay. Reckon with 3-4 weeks for delivery, if item is in stock. Note
Prices are usually higher than on Ali, even when discounted from sky high 'moon' prices.

They are currently running an ad saying they have US stock of N90 masks. That is a lie. I tried ordering some that were supposed to be in US stock and it still says 25 days until delivery. I tried ordering an electronic item last year and received a small empty envelope from China weeks later. They claimed the item had been delivered. Despite what the email says, there is no tracking information available. On their website it shows the order but states no tracking information will be available.

Very bad experience! I ordered an e-bike from them. They took money from my credit card straight away, but they made me wait for nearly a month before asking me to cancel the order. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life: English quite unintelligible and a lot of excuses just to take time. Finally, they took further time to give my money back. I willl keep away from them for life!

First robot hoover broke within frustration few weeks of delivery (which was slow)
It was eventually replaced after a lot of reluctance from Gearbest customer service.
The replacement took months to arrive
The replacement hoover has broken only four months later
Gearbest have finally agreed a refund refusing to pay postage which is international and expensive.
Terrible products and terrible customer service

Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. There is a reason that they are NOT on eBay... So my advice to everyone is to stay far away from this socalled Company... No mail, no adress, no phone?

Same here, after 3months of waiting for my order and many conversations in an email ticket which went on for 1month they promised me to refund me via paypal. No refund and nothing heard from them since almost 2weeks. Keep writing here people, I hope lotz of people read it and gearbest goes bankrupt very soon

I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.

I placed my order in July and I am still waiting on my merchandise. I'm showing that my items still have not left China. After going back and forth with them, they agreed to give me the extra 15 dollars I spent on the presale item, but only after I posted negative reviews (they asked me to revise my reviews). I told them that yes I would accept the 15 dollars and update my reviews only after the funds and merch were received. I have yet to receive items or the 15 dollar refund yet from this site so I can not honestly answer you if the website is trust worthy or not. Thus far from my experience, I would personally not order from it again.
