So I downloaded Hily for the first time ever and it said that I can't start an account because my account has been disabled because something did follow the guidelines. They told me the only way that I could reset it would be to send in a government ID to prove my age. So I think this is the biggest scam and waste of time. I can find better dating sites that don't ask for government documents. This is just 100% bs.

Hily, keep doing what you're doing and don't even bat an eye on the haters. Very solid app, made even better by the support team. You can tell there's been a lot of thought put into the app, and personally I really appreciate it. Easy 5 stars for me!

Simple and easy to use compare to other dating apps I've tried. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time to contact their customer support, seems like it's not working or perhaps nobody here really wants to assist me. I hope this app improves better in the future.

The app is relatively easy to use, but I was a bit confused about some of the features. Luckily the support live chat was super useful, as they helped me clear out any confusion. The customer support is definitely the main selling point in my opinion.The app itself is pretty good too :)

As I asked a question about billing and having no idea the subscription was in my Apple ID and how Hily was taking a payment out from cc she assisted me with a breakdown step be step on how to vie my account and delete it for that matter, as she continues to explain automatic billing.and from that point I was understood on how the whole presses went each month.
Even though it was via text messages I could feel the care and help they gave me.
To making sure I was all set before they session was completed.

Some girl I matched with had an account with pictures of her with tattoos and had her age set to 27... started texting me and said she was 17? Idk if this girl was just crazy or if Chris Hanson working through hily now but had to ghost her. Would not recommend do not trust this app. Underage girls (or cops) be bugging. Save the children and tell them to GTFO these dating sites so I can find someone my age... I'm afraid to talk to people on tinder or Facebook at this point.

I'm honestly not the kind of person that likes to spend money on apps at all. So when I got the offer to try out the free trial of Hily, I had no intention of later purchasing the full subscription. However, after just a week of using Hily, I finally made my first purchase, because I really enjoyed the trial. Honestly, if you're just as skeptical as I am, just give the trial a try and see if you like it or not.

At first, I had a bad context about dating apps, but I had a broken heart recently, so I said to myself, why not?, the app taught me a lot of new things about this world, especially for correctly looking at the filling of all the information possible so that they don't think my profile is fake. In short, it is an app that is worth trying to barely am chatting with some guys. As soon as I get back from some appointments, I will update my review; my only complaint is that prices are too high, so precisely, I could not use it after 7 days free.

I have used lots of dating apps before and this one started with so much potential. I love how dynamic they ask for your initial information but then they throw and optional free trail which you have to put your credit card, and it barely lets you know its optional. After thay you get pop ups all the time for this trial which makes the app verya annoying to use for free users.

People complain about getting charged after deleting this app when they don't read the terms of use or know how google play subscriptions work. Overall the app is fine for communicating with people or finding someone with the same interest. You may encounter some strange people but do you forget what internet these days is?

I heard about the app from friends, and I was really excited to give it a try. But just after installing it, and creating an account, it shows me "Your account has been disabled" with a list of 7 possible reasons. I don't know why they don't precise the reason! And why I can't contact support directly the support team from the app!

This app is easy to understand and use, so I can personally say that it's user-friendly. The only thing that bothers me are the ads, but fortunately, they're not as consistent and they simply pop up from time to time. Other than that, I don't really have major issues with this app. Hopefully, this app continues to improve more in the future.

This is a very barebones dating app, there's really nothing special about it. They try to promote this livestream feature but honestly that's not what dating apps are for, if I would want to watch a livestream I'd go to IG or twitch. After that the app just feels barebones, just another Tinder copycat. It's functional tho.

The app needs More free Features if this wants to stand a chance against other existing Dating Apps, Availability for other Countries, and limited notifications. You can't really do anything if you do not pay the premium because the ads are very annoying!

I was always skeptical about dating sites because I heard that dating sites charge money for nothing. I found a review of Hily dating services and it made me try it. The service itself looks nice, it charges decent prices for sending letters, and I love the girls on here. They all look so wonderful. I could spend all my free time here.
