Hawalili clearly hired rejects from the DMV... no help, no answers, no concern. They don't know and don't care. Actual the DMV looks like a model of efficiency compared to Hawalili.
They just fob you off and keep you waiting but no real answers
You can't. It's all email back and forth. If you are returning something you have 7 days of back and forth before your case expires. Don't deal with them.
