VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, I am using the Jade Bloom from the first day, and was very happy about the quality. But in the last month it's all changed. I ordered the peppermint oil as usual and was shock fro the taste (chemical) must say, I use that oil internal daily fro years. I send them email, got no response. I decided to try frankincense oil (also my daily internal) same thing! Chemical taste. Very sad that the company decided to use chemicals to make more money. I am back to Deterra!

I have talked with 2 different people today, one concerning an email change (Jackie). I was also trying to order Eucalyptus Globulus and it was showing out of stock. She immediately corrected it so that I could order. This morning I spoke with Adam and he gave me recommendations for what I needed. Both were very helpful and informative. You are fortunate to have such great employees!

I have exclusively been using Jade Bloom's essential oils for several years. Their frankincense carterii shrunk a goiter that was growing on my thyroid. There oils are top quality and reasonably priced.
I also look forward to receiving their monthly envelope subscription. This is a wonderful way to stock up on oils and try new products.
They have professional and friendly customer service.

This company has many faults- 1 order and we are over 10 strikes between shipping me the wrong month's subscription and charging me twice within the month of January for the same subscription. The second subscription packet that was shipped to me was improperly packaged and had the hand sanitizer leaking all over the package. Of which is pure nastiness- it smells and feels gross. Their Defend is the worst of this type of blend I have ever smelled. I have left reviews on their products, although I feel sure that they will not post them to their website. I have gone back and forth with their help desk and while they have made many promises to fix the issues they have not followed through with any of them. My first complaint was on January 22,2020, within 5 days of my receipt of the damaged & duplicated shipment; there are federal laws to protect consumers from stores and shippers and I am now following the steps to get my money back for the duplicated shipment that I did not authorize a credit card payment on.

I have used several essential oils brands and did not imagine that this would turn into such a fiasco. There are so many issues that I have run into that I am just over this whole company and when I report this to my credit card with all of my supporting documents and go to several review sites to share my bad experience I will never go back to their website and steer my friends away from them as well.

I've tried Doterra oils and Young Living Oils and Jade Bloom Oils are the best quality oil. I am equally impressed with these oils. I will never go back. Don't overpay for oils that Jade Bloom can give you the quality of other suppliers.

I have been testing and trying many Companies and there Oils for Healing and Therapeutic reasons and Jade Bloom is now my GO TO. The Quality of the Oils is amazing and the Education you get not just on there Website but also with every product Card you receive is unmatched. Not to mention that the prices are reasonable.

If you are into healthy living and things good for your body you should definitely check Young Living website and purchase some goods! Their products are 100% natural and does miracles to your health. Try them out and let the products speak themselves.

Really, not everyday you find products like this. So I bought toothpaste, and I have really sensitive mouth. So I was thinking that it's going to be the same as with all the others. But, what happened was just wow. It helped me really well, I mean my teeth now are really strong and shiny, thank you.

I recently purchased a diffuser that came with three oils. I was not happy with the diffuser so I contacted Jade Bloom customer service. They were very pleasant to deal with. I dealt with Jackie. I was given a refund immediately and very much appreciate it. I love my Jade Bloom oils and will continue to use them. Kudos to Jade Bloom customer service.

Multiple issues with this company but the worst is that they took my money, didn't ship the items and are now ignoring my emails.
The product quality doesn't matter if they can't even ship an order.

We see your review on CompaintsBoard.com as well, but we're very pleased to see that you provided your order # on this complaint so that we can actually get this addressed with you. Back when you left this review, we were experiencing Help Desk issues that had customer emails not syncing with our Help Desk and therefore not alerting us to the customer requiring attention. Since this was fixed, we sent out a mass email to all of our customers regarding this issue and prompting them to write in again had they not received a reply within 24 business hours, which is our typical turnaround time. Now that this glitch is fixed, we see your email asking for information on this shipment that came in yesterday, November 12th at 10:45 PM MST but no emails before that. We will address this fully with you here and close out this ticket to avoid double serving, as our CS team is working hard to get through emails in our system that have started syncing as of yesterday as we speak. We are a small, family owned and operated business, and we take customer complaints very seriously, as we seldom receive them, but when we do, we work hard to make them right. Jade Bloom's typical response time is 24 business hours to emails, so what's gone on here is not at all a typical customer experience. We extend our sincerest apologies for this and we'd love to look into your specific shipment. We see that you placed an order with the assistance of a customer service representative but that you preferred to pay via PayPal. When PayPal was not working for you, they emailed you a Square invoice. Because of the glitch with our Help Desk that's had emails not making it into our Help Desk to indicate to representatives that an email requires attention, the email regarding the fact that the invoice had been paid was not received. I'm so glad I discovered these oils. They are affordable as well as organic and because of that I have been able to gain quite a collection of them. I have used the higher priced ones and honestly do no notice any difference. I will stick with these oils. They are a wonderful business and are constantly adding to their selection of oils. I can't say enough about their customer service either. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend them.

Everything about JadeBloom is wonderful! The oils are fantastic, the staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable, helpful, and truly care about the well-being of their customers. I've been a customer for about 2 years (if not more) and I have to say that they never cease to amaze me. I love the fact that there is never any pressure to make a purchase, and that there aren't any "membership fees" to have to try to come up with the funds for on a monthly basis. I would recommend JadeBloom as a primary source for high quality certified essential oils.

I love using essential oils, I have used other more expensive brands and have found Jade Bloom oils of comparable quality for a fraction of the cost. I love the fact that Jade Bloom offers the Oil University to gain personal knowledge about each individual oil offered and how to use and blend the oils. The information is key to becoming a safe and effective essential oil user. I'm hooked! Love my Jade Bloom oils!

I worked in the Holistic Health industry for 15 years and used serveral different EO companies. Jade Bloom bottom line is great because you can use quality oils for your clients without cutting into profit margins. Also, customer service is top notch and shipping is free.

I've been buying Young Living Oils for 5+ years. Now I don't review often, but I have share this as I love natural essential oils and I use them daily. After doing my research and finding Jade Bloom I have learned something that's kind of infuriating Young Living is expensive, but I'm also not willing to sacrifice quality for price. A while back I saw an ad to try a bottle of Lavender Oil from Jade Bloom on Facebook. I tried it and I couldn't believe the quality. Since then I've ordered the following oils and been equally impressed: orange, lemon, cypress, and tea tree. Jade Blooms' prices are almost too low to be true, like under $10. I have had two of my YL using friends try Jade Bloom oils and we can't believe what we have found. Kudos to you Jade Bloom. Much success.

While I was just noticing the same thing, the similarity in both reviews, it is also true that it's a very common phrase and sentiment among essential oil users who use them medicinally. So it's hard to say, there are several similarities in the two reviews not just that phrase but they are also probably common patterns (comparing quality, having friends in their EO circle try it also) dedicated users might follow. At least those who are in it for the medicinal benefits over profit and happy to switch companies for a lower price so not married to their supplier based on financial gain but rather based on quality and value.

Only the ones that state that they are. Not many from Jade Bloom are best I can tell but I think there may be a blend or two that include a carrier oil, however they also clearly state that. When the bottle simply says 100% Peppermint essential oil for instance that should mean it does not contain a carrier and since this company does list a carrier in one or two cases it indicates to me they abide by this rule. I have done my best to answer these with the knowledge I have. You most definitely should try the oils for yourself and make a decision best suited to your preferences. It did not cost me anything but the price of oil I wanted to try, so only a few dollars. I did a chair massage event where it rained, of course I was under a tent, but the wind blew all day and the temperature dropped. After 9 hours of this I woke in the middle of the night with a sore throat and beginning ear ache. I immediately started taking Protect, I never got sick and the symptoms went away. I have thoroughly enjoyed these oils because of the price as well as the quality. It will not hurt to try them, I am confident if you are not satisfied they will refund you. I have never had problems or needed such a refund, however; I have had questions and they have promptly returned my phone calls as well as answered any emails in a timely fashion. Good luck and continue using oils no matter what company you decide.
