The Rolex Datejust 36 came in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. The watch looks really awesome on my left hand, so I can recommend this store for sure!
I bought a Gucci choker online and after confirming the purchase they emailed me back to tell me they had sold it in the store AFTER I had placed the order online. I spoke with Molly on the phone who seemed unsympathetic and more seemed to enjoy arguing than being helpful. That is not good customer service... Your policies are unfair to customers and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated.

My fiancé and I had an awesome experience shopping at James Free recently. I purchased an Omega watch, and we also knocked out the shopping for our wedding bands. The team at James Free, especially Sophia in Cincinnati, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Will be making the trip from Columbus in order to continue shopping with JF in the future.
VERY NICE PEOPLE had to order from Italy and received the bracelet on the time line they gave.
The earrings came in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. One earring is bent and very difficult to put the back on. It was very disappointing. No flaws other than that.
The design experience was good, rings are beautiful. Sherry was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, one of the two custom rings lost a stone only a couple weeks after we received them. Sherry said they will remake the ring but honestly, that makes me pause about the quality of the rings. We paid nearly $4k for two platinum rings with stones and one has already come apart. Hopefully the next ring is better.
Can't say enough about how AWESOME the James Free Jewelers shopping experience has been. In the past couple of months I have purchased 4 pieces of Maria Tash jewelry all at 20% off! Aside from the discount shipping was super fast and customer service notified me they received my order and also when my order shipped. A couple of items were on back order; however, customer service contacted me promptly and asked if I wanted to wait or if I wanted to cancel my order. This company personalizes the shopping experience, rather than just getting a cold computer generated message saying on back order. Ms. Nichole Eicholtz contacted me regarding the back order. She was polite, professional and answered my questions. When I received my order I was pleasantly surprised to find a hand written note thanking me for my purchase! Again, what an Awesome company! Discount codes, plus great customer service... doesn't get any better than that! Will shop again for sure. Thank You James Free Jewelers!

James Free was able to obtain a Rolex Air King that I desired. However, were unable to make me a competitive offer on my current Rolex that I was trading in. The staff was professional but in the end I will go to another Rolex retailer to obtain this watch.
Bought some jewelry off their website and ended up having to return it. Was extremely smooth and the team at James Free was professional and very respectful. Would recommend their service for the quality they offer.
I ordered 2 bracelets for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. A personal note was enclosed from Molly which is something I haven't seen in years! The only reason I didn't rate a 5 star is that would have appreciated a certificate of appraisal.

They were wonderful. First of all I was in awe of their sale Black Friday. My dream necklace was a done deal. I never had any problems. It was fast shipment. I called and ask if I could get an appraisal and knowing it's the Christmas season she told me it would be a week and it was and I am so happy! They made my Christmas!
It is always a pleasure going into James Free. I frequently go in to have the diamonds in my wedding rings checked and cleaned. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. Randy greeted me that day as he has many times in the past. He knows my name and what I like in David Yurman jewelry. I purchased a fabulous bracelet. He also held me view items for my wish list.

I ordered some ear cuffs. Their price beat the competition. James Free shipped them to me free of charge. I had several questions so used the chat. Got everything worked out. I went to James Free to have my wedding ring and bands reset. The staff was very helpful, and extremely professional. I ended up having a new setting created by their in-house designer. I absolutely love the way the ring turned out, and will definitely go back to James Free for any Fine Jewelry purchases or repairs!
