Just wanted to say that I would definitely order from you all again. When I placed the order they made sure they kept in touch from the tailoring to the time it arrived at my house. My dress came rite on time for my wedding and it for great. I did order a few sizes up because I knew it was being shipped overseas but it was so worth it and affordable
I truly believe that all of the positives reviews were purchased by the company themselves. It is a China based company which they are notorious for doing. I purchased two dresses from them and the quality is what is expect from a bad Wal-Mart costume. Not something you want to wear on your wedding day. Does not refund you or accept returns even when they mark the front of your dress with blue pen. Customer service is awful. Offered $10 refund for a dress that cost $200 and I cannot use because they ruined it before shipping.
I was very unhappy with the dresses that I ordered. I contacted and sent pictures and went a week with no reply. I ended up escalating the issue to PayPal. The company finally got back to me and offered 80% back less their shipping cost. Their return policy states a full refund including shipping for items not as represented. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere.
I impulsively ordered a dress and later started worrying that the company was sketchy, possibly a scam. However, I am actually quite pleased with my purchase. The quality is what you would expect in a dress costing several hundred dollars more. It looks like the photo below (granted, it doesn't look as good on me as it does on the model but I feel that the description and picture of the dress are accurate). Communication from June Bridals was good: they send you regular emails telling you when your dress will ship, when you can expect it to arrive, etc. The company is based in China (I discovered this after I'd made my purchase). I am in Tennessee, so to be truthful I wasn't sure if a dress would even arrive, but it did arrive in a timely manner. Pleased with my purchase.

I ordered my wedding dress from here. It needs some minor alterations in the bodice. My only disappointment, is that I paid for a bustle that wasn't done. Other than that, I am very pleased with the quality, and workmanship.

The only reason I gave it a one star is because a zero is not an option. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The dress they sent did not look like the picture and did not fit. I followed the return instructions, and after paying $44 for shipping, I sent the dress back. I sent the dress back in November. It's mid February and I have never heard anything from them. Communication stopped completely. I still have no refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Once I received my dress, which did not fit, all communication with customer service halted. Their policy is that you have to contact them within 7 days and they have taken that and then some, absolutely no response. I would not recommend this site to my enemy.

Purchased 2 dresses. Asked about return policy. Oh no problem BUT what they don't tell you is you have to return the dresses to China! Pay for shipping plus only refund 80% of your money back! Shame on you for doing this to any Bride! They suggest selling in on EBay or Craigslist REALLY? I will tell everyone NOT to order from your website! Just awful!
Ordered a dress and made the mistake of waiting for our group to try it on as if we were shopping in person. Dress was cheaply made lace, white rather than a natural tan shade of the pic and already freying on the edges. Sadly, we missed the 14 day return policy and now I'm stuck with this dress and out the money to purchase a new one! Better off shopping on Amazon!

I reached out to June Bridal's customer service email over a week ago without any response. I am beginning to wonder if this is a scam. I did not receive my package from June Bridals, instead I received it from the name of a different online retailer. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values transparency.

Do not trust that you will receive your product or get any order updates from June Bridals. You might get information from a completely different retailer. This site is potentially a scam.
I purchased a wedding dress on 28th Dec 2021. When it arrived it was of poor quality and the sizing was off. I could not fit my arms in it and the neck line was very high. Whilst the dress looked similar to the picture it is the sizing/quality and materials that were unsatisfactory. My many emails have gone without reply. I have contacted paypal and then the company offered a return envelope but it never arrived.
I have requested a refund through PayPal, seems this site is a scam, no items sent and they don't reply to any questions about a tracking number or order update, disappointed, I should have spent my money else where.

I emailed June bridal prior to placing my order to make sure I would be able to return dresses if I didn't like them on me and they said Yes as long as they are not altered. I ordered 2 dresses which was the same dress but in two sizes. Neither of them fit so I emailed requesting the return approval and return label per the instructions on the website. It's been 6 days and they are not responding. They are quick to respond about placing an order but are now ignoring me since I need to return, what a scam! Don't buy from this website!
I requested a change of color on a dress. I re iterated this change 3 different times in emails. I also told them it was time sensitive and we're they absolutely sure I would receive it in 2 weeks with paying for rush. I was assured 3 times yes. The dress came in 3 weeks and wasn't what I ordered. There are runs in the tulle fabric two places and the dots are discolored. Customer service only offered a 60% refund. Poor craftsmanship and service
They present as if they are a kind company willing to work with you and their products. What they then do is IGNORE you when you inquire about returns. They are quick to note you have 14 days to request the return label and then when you reach out to get that, they ignore you and let the time pass. I have sent 5 emails requesting to speak to someone, no response! Will never order from them again. Hope to sell the dress I ordered for more than I paid for it, since they wont take it back!
I am now on my third purchased dress from June bridal that are basically non-returnable this one fits and I'm so excited. The problem with this dress is there is pink on the buttons what looks like lipstick, snags throughout the lace on the dress and ripples in the waist area that are unable to be hidden. It is a beautiful dress but the lace is stretched out and I look pregnant. I have contacted them about this with three emails still no response! I am now in three dresses from JUNE BRIDAL that are unreturnable with NO RESPONSE and still no wedding dress.
We remade dresses twice for free. Therefore the customer had 3 dresses at hand. But the customer is still unsatisfied with the dress and wishes to refund all dresses for a refund.

I bought a dress of a standard size (no tailoring requested). When the transaction went through PayPal, I discovered June Bridals was not located in the US (Dayton, Ohio), but in China. I then looked up reviews and discovered June Bridals makes knock offs of other designers' clothing. I canceled the order immediately. I then received a response on the following morning that the order could NOT be canceled as "tailoring" had begun (DESPITE PayPal confirming that my payment was not yet received by June Bridals or charged to my bank)! Therefore, why would they begin "tailoring" a dress they had not received payment for?! When I pushed this with June Bridals, they insisted they would only give me an 80% refund MINUS the shipping costs! Remember, the item has not yet been made or shipped as confirmed by June Bridals' own order status! This company is a scam. They illegally use copyrighted photos, in addition to photos of customers from actual stores to sell dresses whose designs are stolen from legitimate companies.

Ordered what was supposed to be an elegant vintage style dress. What I received was a cheap knock off that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Their return policy is that you may return the item with approval and that your refund will be deducted shipping and handling fees. Beware! Do not buy.

I cannot say enough nice things about Sunny and her patience with all of my questions to customize a topper and skirt. I got the top with cap sleeves, longer length and a scoop back. It fits PERFECTLY and is exactly how I wanted it. She even rushed the order no charge. Do not hesitate to order any of her hand and custom made items you will not find anything this special or unique in a store. Many thanks to Sunny and her team for making items for us non traditional people.
I love my dress so much! It's beautiful. The chiffon material has a nice weight and you can't see through it even though it's white (I ordered the White). The length and fit are perfect, no alterations needed. Katie was great about answering my questions before I ordered, and I received my dress only four weeks after ordering, even though it was over the holidays. Now to impatiently pass the time until my wedding deciding which style to wear it :) Thank you Katie!

June Bridals is a complete rip-off. The dress I received is clearly a knock off of the designer dress pictured on their site, and the glowing reviews left for it are certainly fake. The dress I received has sewing mistakes, uneven and unsightly white cups, stains on it, and is made of cheap material in the skirt. I'm so disappointed. To make matters worse, June Bridals does not provide a shipping label to return dresses for free to them, so shipping it back from Canada, where I live, would have cost over a hundred dollars, plus potential import fees. It wasn't worth it to send it back and get a refund.
Don't waste your money!
I was hopeful and excited about this company and finding an affordable wedding dress. Unfortunately, communication and lack of response has been a huge issue. My biggest frustration was after the dress (and veil) arrived. The quality of the dress was decent, but was not in the color ordered (bright white rather than ivory). The quality of the veil was horrendous and again not ivory. I reached out to June Bridals via email (as they requested and I could not find a phone number). No answer. I emailed again. No answer. The website is clear that returns must be started within 14 days of receiving item and returns will NOT be accepted without prior approval from June Bridals (meaning, I can't just go ahead and mail it back without Customer Service responding first). I am quickly running out of time to return and still waiting to hear anything from June Bridals. I am extremely frustrated at the total lack of response from this company. Beware.

3/18-"leave us a message" sent on June Bridals website, again requesting return information, no response

(I'm 6'1"). June Bridals was so sweet and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. I asked for the lining under the embroidered skirt to go all the way down, and she executed my requests to perfection. I looked good and felt great on my prom. Thank you so much!
