I have always been please with my purchases. Yes, there are times when things aren't what they should be. But it very rarely happens and when it does, customer service is always ready and willing to step up and resolve any issues that I have had. Returns are free, and easy. I have been a member for years now. I wish they would bring back a few of the styles, You can't find them anywhere else. I have hundreds of shoes! 99.9%of them came from JUSTFAB!

I am very impressed with my purchase as a VIP customer. I ordered over $1,000 worth of items and I only paid less than $100. Though the purchase was done late November 2021 when there was a huge delays due to the flood in Vancouver, I was pleasantly surprised, as all my shipment was delivered by 1st week in December. I am very happy with the leather jackets, trousers, boot, sandals, shoes and other clothing. Thank you so much JustFab.

As someone who is AMAB and gender fluid, this site has given me a great headstart to embracing some of my more feminine aspects. My first purchase was made at an impulse after dreaming about a woman sporting some cute high heels and thinking "Man, I just gotta have a pair like that!". And now, here we are. I really like the products even though often the things I like sell out in my size very quickly. They have a great return policy which is great for online ordering. The only issue I think could be better is I never get reminder emails that I need to make a purchase, I get one after my credit goes thru. I'm very busy and can never remember what day I need to make a purchase by so I almost always miss the deadline.

I love JustFab! I get most of my shoes from here. The shipping is always timely and arrives well. Most shoes are either true to size or the reviews and comments from people give a precise sizing, which helps me always get the right size for myself. I love the styles and sometimes I wish I bought a second pair of my favorites because some shoes to sell out. I have never been disappointed or let down by JustFab and plan to continue to purchase from them.

I really like JustFab. It's an easy to use and search website, clothes are great and at first I got some really amazing deals. They also have good customer service. However, my main complaint is that as a member you don't get to take advantage of the sales and deals! I pay $40/mo and it becomes a credit--credits then are applied (subtracted) according to dollar value for only the full price. So, if you want the good deals, don't become a member. (In addition if you return something they charge you for S&H).

I can't express how much I love Just Fab. The quality of the shoes are amazing. Within the first month I joined I purchased 12 pairs of boots and every one of them are so freaking comfortable and fit perfect and the price is unbelievable. Did I mention how great the quality is? I also purchased the Teddy Bear Coat which has become my favorite coat. In closing all I can say is I'm a customer for life.

I ordered a pair of booties and when they finally arrived they were too big had to exchange them. I ordered these in October 2020 they received my exchange on November 2020 here it is almost February 2021 and I've yet to receive my exchange order. At this point I don't even want them. Also this was my first time purchasing from just fab and I didn't know they would charge a monthly fee until I read some reviews. Very disappointed stay away from this site

Every purchase I've made has been delivered earlier than promised. The items I've purchased have been exactly as described. The only thing that gives me pause about JustFab is #1 their selections of purses is very lacking all the way from. The style to the color. #2.The shoes are absolutely beautiful... if u wear heels... which I do not. The selection of variety of flats is horrendous.

I ordered shoes and a coat on Jan. 21st and I paid for express shipping! It is now Feb 13th still no package. This is absolutely ridiculous! They changed the shipping process since I last ordered from them and it takes about a month or so to get your items. Winter will be over in Ga in a few weeks so I highly doubt if I get any wear out of the shoes or coat! Oh well, I guess there's always next winter! SMDH, Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous!

After I was ALLOWED to order everything went smoothly, recieved package, box had been opened and my name wasn't on senders label, shoes and boots were beautiful and of great quality, Haven't bought one thing I didn't love and fit perfectly! Didn't appreciate that after trying to place order with new card and husbands first name, was denied ordering and put on restriction for a week, unfortunately I think I will cancel my subscription with them because of being treated like a lying child! I gave a three star only because I had a great experience with the overall boots. From anything else wasnt a great quality in shoes including heels and booties they are way to big in the ankle and it's not worth returning them because they charge you and you will receive a credit which you can't purchased another pair. So in the end you losing money if trying to return. Not interested anymore

My wife always makes me surfing the internet in order to find a good marketplace where we could buy nice clothes. Basically, I know that there are plenty of such online shops however we recently faced this one and have decided to buy here some clothes for my wife. She required it because she had to go for a new job and the main task for her was to buy a new dress. We started to explore the assortment and found couple of nice dresses. We ordered them here and they were delivered pretty fast. I personally have never met such a fast delivery. Guess that it's the fastest one.

Shipping with Pitney Bowes is horrible! Said it was shipped on July 8,2020. Expected delivery date was July 14th. Now it's July 23 and no updated tracking or package in sight! Though I've been a customer for years I cannot put up with this lousy shipped and not knowing if I'll even get my package. Should have stuck with proven shippers like ups, Fed ex and usps! Now you are losing a once loyal customer!

Every month just fab takes 39.95 out of my account. With that I can buy a pair of shoes or I can skip it for the month and not have them take the money out. I get free shipping and free return shipping. That's a definite plus. I find most of the shoes you true to size. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I like sandals that have a slight platform platform and their sandals are completely flat.

I contacted customer service just now to try and find my order that never arrived, and as soon as the virtual assistant put me through to the live agent (her name is Reign), she ended the conversation entirely. Extremely unimpressed. Not a single word between the 2 of us, she just left. Immediately the second she was put through. I'm not exaggerating. I will never buy from them again. Not worth it if that's how they treat their customers. I still don't have a tracking number for my lost package. So thanks for nothing.

I've been a loyal customer for many years with JustFab but after their switch of shipping carriers to Pitney Bowes, this is turned into a disaster. Every time (not 1, 2, 3 or even 4) I order something it is lost in the mail and I'm stuck paying for a product I don't end up getting.
After their apologies and excuses I gave JustFab the benefit of the doubt thinking this was a temporary thing, but its now over a year and still the same issues. Anyone recommend a better site?

Got charged even if I've initially opted to skip the month. Called customer service and got someone breathing heavily, with a live chicken clicking loudly in the back. He said he was working from home. Was put on hold without any noticed while he kept breathing extremely heavily. He later assured me me that I'll get a refund. But i am extremely suspicious of these person. Not professional at all and seems to be on some God forsaken village somewhere with live animals around.

Just Fab is terrific for shopping around. I always seem to find what I want and more! This time I was able to get thick heel ankle boots for my girl friends wedding, sandals for our dance party afterwards and even a pair lace up flats for my time a the pool. All three for a price I would normally pay retail for one pair here in town too. Thank you for such great prices for such great styles.
At first I thought it looked too small but they are very stretchy and everything fits great! So many compliments! Will be ordering more for sure!

I used to really like Justfab, but they are not accurate at all! Every time I order a pair of shoes (size 5.5) they come in a different size they are labeled 5.5 but they are def not the correct size. My roommate who is a 6/6.5 can almost fit in some of the pairs they've sent but they are still really loose on her. It's just disappointing cause I have tiny feet and either have to return the shoes or basically just throw them away because they're HUGE. Then there is the shipping issue. I plan ahead of time to make sure I have the shoes at least 2 weeks before whatever events I have going on because shipping is supposed to be "7-10" days. They almost always show up late or push the shipping date back and there is never a notification. I always have to go search for the shipping information because they only send you one email after purchasing. This will be my last time buying anything from them.

If you have big feet this site is for you! The shirts were super tight and small for me and I'm petite with medium boobs.

Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
You have to skip it between the 1st & the 5th of the month, NOT before. If you skip before the 1st, you will still be charged!
If you are in Europe and residence of any EU member state, you can always log a complaint against them thru European Consumer Centre of your country, and call your bank to block and stop your payment immediately, explain it to them, you can also report this in the police as fraudulent and online scam, and explain to them your case, it will all fall to unfair business practice. You have no obligation to them because there was no service render, and you been tricked into signing up in their membership. They take seriously online cases like this.
