Great product and great customer assistance. I had accidentally used an old address for shipping and when I called the company the gentleman did everything in his power to make sure my item wasn't lost to me. He rerouted my shipment to the local post office for for pick up preventing a long process for return abd I couldn't be more grateful!
Honestly thought this was all a scam because i had never heard of lux but my order shipped in 24 hours was here before Christmas and great authentic quality. Ill for sure be purchasing again!

It was good except for the shipping. I am a teacher and can't be home during the day to sign for packages. So I told the USPS that and the next day they left it at my door and that was fabulous! Also, I live in a very safe neighborhood and have packages all the time and sometimes they sit there awhile and it's okay.
You had a white Michael Kors purse I needed for an outfit. It wasn’t the exact one I wanted but the best I could find and cute.

I loved the bag and how fast on lux lair's part you shipped it out. The problem came when dealing with the carrier. They lost my package in transit. So even though the package was 2 day delivery. It took 2 weeks for me to get it.
