I bought a stylish Michael Kors jacket for my boyfriend and I paid for expedited shipping on Wednesday. It made me worry because we really needed it by this Friday, but Macy's literally delivered it like 2 hours before we had to leave the house. I'm so, so, so happy it came on time and can't thank Macy's enough!

After today's shopping experience at Old Orchard Macy's in Skokie, I will not set my foot in any Macy's stores. Employees are unprofessional, unpleasant, and disrespectful. At men's coat department, lady at the register told me "you should know your sons size, you're his mom", and "Is 60% off not enough for you, you want more?" "DO you want more"" And of course, I didn't get "thank you "or "have a nice day", she just angrily turned to the next customer. Probably we should pay them to let us shop there.

I don't understand how it takes almost a month to get status of a watch I purchased back on April 25th, 2020. You don't disclose online that shipping would take this long and just my luck UPS is now reporting damage so I still don't have the watch and it's 5/19 today.
I purchased this watch for my niece as a graduation gift. Now I can't even email, chat or talk to a live person. The website keeps directing me to you mr FAQ's. So frustrating no watch and no way to get my money back soon.

I bought V19.69 Italia Retro 3 Piece Expandable Hard Spinner Luggage Set from Macy's and it is broken after my first trip. Macy's told me to reach out to Naftali Inc for warranty. (They said it had 10-year warranty)

Naftali said the warranty doesn't cover regular wear and tear. They don't stand behind their product.
Macy's didn't care.

The customer service promised me to refund but nothing yet. I'm very disappointed with this site since it was my first purchase. The first time we tried to get them to honor their warranty on a mattress, they flatly refused. There was a small stain on it. I do not know why this would matter unless they intend to reuse the worn-out old mattresses. The second time, it took months to get them to honor the warranty, and they replaced it with a worn-out, used mattress! I could hardly believe this! We took the "hit" of a restocking fee to return it, and will never buy a bed, or anything from them, ever again!

My husband and I just returned home from a disastrous trip from Macys. It has always been our go to store at the holidays. No longer. First, the store was a disastrous mess! There were clothes and trash everywhere. To top off our shopping experience, in the way to checkout I stepped in dog poop. The clerk said she called housekeeping several times but no response. How sick is that—dog poop on the main isle! Macy's we realize that these are tuff times and it is hard to get quality help but dog poop-REALLY?!
I took off my shed once we left and cleaned them the minute we arrived home. SICK!

I have bought an expensive office chair from Macy's and it is turned very poor quality, made in China, 100% fake chair.
The most important thing is that they are not posting my review on their website because i am mad and pissed, the chair price i paid was $380 and amazan sells the same for $50, i mean not exactly the same but definitely the same quality for way more reasonable price.
It is not Serta people it is chinese fake

If you purchase and want to cancel they make it very hard. Can't cancel on website or order ticket. Call a foreigner who speaks no English and they lie. Have to call 30 times. They don't give their names. No supervisor. Shady. I see why Macys stock is in the toilet for years, and they are closing stores annually in big cities. The CEO should be fired and his entire strategic team.

Purchased a suitcase online during a sale that was fairly priced. I was happy to receive it and was upset when I took it out the box. I examined it closely to notice that there was a zipper located on the inside that was missing the handle. Upon further examination I noticed that a security tag is still attached... They are very rude when you call the customer service phone number, she started raising her voice to the point where she was yelling.

I received an email advertising sheets that I had previously looked at for $23.99. When I clicked on the link in the email, the price was $200. I called their customer service and was treated like I was a liar. Even after I forwarded the email to them. They promised that I would hear from them in 24-48 hours…. I didn't. Poor company that won't stand by their email ads.

My children have received coats 2 Christmas' in a row, and both times the coats were torn in less then a month. They are cheaply made, and I have never seen coats rip on the side by the pocket. The coats are warm, but each time they get multiple rips in the for from the slightest movement. I have never had that problem with any other coats in the past. They claim these jackets are $80 and sell them for $20. I end up buying more coats after they just got these.

I want to corfirm until today 1/24/2022 I don't get anything from Macy. Don't buy anything from Macys online if you guy don't want happen like me. I ordered something for Christmas and received an email over a week later that the item was out of stock and I was sent a 25% coupon for my next purchase. Since I ordered the item immediately after it went on sale and the site was saying that it still was available, that is a clear sign they are first baiting and then trying to switch items. The item I ordered was listed at a 40% discount so the 25% on another item was a deception. I will NEVER shop at Macy's again!

Boy, this dying company definitely isn't what it used to be. Extremely long shipping periods, multiple packages lost in the mail, pathetic customer service who are rude and dismissive after being on hold for 45 minutes. I will never order from this company again, has been a nightmare and it's obvious why they are swiftly going out of business. Would have rated zero stars if I could.

Do not place an online order with Macy's! They tell you something is in stock, claim that they have shipped the order so they can charge your credit card but they don't actually ship it. They then sit on your money for an indefinite period before they return it to you.
I am sympathetic to Covid related delays and shortages but why do the debit your credit card before they ship? If they don't have stock just say so and don't tale my money!

They will debit your credit card before they ship even if they have no idea if/when the item will ship.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and rude. Even worst when calling 1- 800 number. Very difficult when trying to discuss online orders. Have had issues with processing orders w Macy's card but not a problem with my personal card. Even billed twice using my debit card and spent more than an hour on phone being bounced around to different departments.

Macys totally screwed up my online order. They shipped me a package with my name on it and someone else's order inside. After several calls to their customer service center, which happens to be located outside the country,(thanks for giving those US jobs away!), they still couldn't distinguish between an actual jacket and a sweatshirt. They even sent UPS over 2x to the wrong address for a pick up and then reissued an order that I never placed. What idiots, truly. I'm not surprised they are closing stores. You've were warned.

I am a good customer with Macy's for a very long time, last Month I purchased a bedroom and I was told that I should be getting it by next month, Then I received an email from them telling me that I won't be getting it till January of next year, that makes me with no bedroom for four months, I called them and I have been told that they don't have it and it is back order, I wondered Why I wasn't told this when I bought it, I would get a different one. Not very happy.

I have a Customer Service issue with Macys. After several attempts to get it resolved, I decided to go straight to the top. You can e-mail the CEO Jeff Gennette - *******@macys.com and cc Charlotte DiMattei Liason - *******@macys.com. Neither one of them will help you. I figured if enough people contact them, they will take their issues with customer service seriously. If they get bombarded with complaints, they will be as annoyed as we are.

It would have been helpful to know how unhelpful their customer service is prior to purchasing.

Furniture that was ordered at Macys in April and due to be delivered the first week of June is still not here in mid- August. Initially the order was just late but now we are having delivery issues as well. We have been rescheduled 3 times- 1. Broken down truck, 2. Although we were given a delivery day the scheduler noted it but forgot to put it on the schedule, 3. Now can't find the items to put on the truck. Don't buy from Macys!

Purchase was to come with free gift if purchased online. Did not happen & the excuse was as long as their supplies lasted!
Next online order November 30th, emailed CS many times, always in transit. CS on Christmas eve told me I did not receive it & they get with me in the next 24 hours! One of my finds missed Christmas because of "Failure" of Customer Service to do their job. Plenty of time to make it right... They just don't care! Never... Never shop online with them!

Satisfied with the store, sent everything the right size, color, and price listed on the site, which is now a rarity. The only thing I don't like is that the photos are made with Photoshop, so the reality does not always correspond to what is desired, which is reflected in the models.

I can answer yes as I have purchased 2 MK bags and they are real; the best sale@ Macys for xmas is Super Saturday Sale weekend BEFORE xmas. Buy now (inventory will be very low by that weekend) and return receipt or actual merchandise if necessary and get markdown. I have found the associates are not trained well regarding even sale dates (sorry but nothing but customer service problems and poorly trained associates) so if necessary, refund the item, and have associate rering the item at sale price. Most sales@ Macys EXCLUDE additional discounts on MK and designer items so the friends & family 25% off (I purchased a MK coat at a great price) until Dec 10th is probably your best sale. If the item won't be used prior to xmas, just keep checking in on all new sales and return item and rering at better price. Be careful with online orders at Macy's, if something goes wrong and an online associate has to correct it good luck. You can speak to a supervisor at the Customer Service # and get help.
