I haven't received my product yet (will be here in 2 days), but as far as the customer service experience, it was phenomenal. The APR is fairly high, but I wasn't expecting much less due to the fact they accept low credit scores. It's a good way to finance something that you want/need, without having past mistakes fall heavy on their decision to finance you or not. I give this company 5 stars for being so loyal and helpful during the process.
Response from the company as a whole is lacking. Have asked several times what the total would be to pay off the debt with zero response to this specific debt. Lost my job due to COVID and was met with zero helpful alternatives to defer payment in my time of need. Despite my perfect record with payments prior to this time. Unless you are desperate for poor quality furniture at horrendous interest rates, i would absolutely avoid at all costs.

This place is a scam and Don't make the same mistakes I did and order from them. They will rob with over priced cheap $#*! that you could get for half the price. Their customer service is terrible none of them speaks good English. And they play so many games so guys please don't do it.And they wouldn't let me give 0 stars because that's what they deserve.

First off the customer service is horrible they do not speak English and they are very rude to anyone calling from the United states. Second they quote you one price and then add on extra intrest charges on there own. I am actually hiring a lawyer because of the illegal charges they decide to take. They take advantage of having your bank account by adding extra charges never quoted on the original purchase price.

You can make extra payments, or pay in full anytime without the penalties. I have been dealing with mdg for a little over a year now and since my account balance has never changed, when asked about this they say I've missed 8 payments. Not true. This whole time that I've done business with them my account balance has never ever differed. Not to mention if you do the math for a game console with their interest rate you'll be paying for two consoles after your done. If they're going to charge that much interest for their items it should at least be helping build your credit rating but it isn't.

The customer service is awful
The customer service is awful, you say you're having trouble with COVID they don't care. It took me 4 months to get on a payment plan. After reporting it late and apparently they can't do anything. Bunch of crooks don't recommend using them. No one speaks English well and it's just awful. I'm so close to saying come pick up your stuff and get off my account. And I hope you guys read this I'll be posting it on fb to. Terrible service if I could give it a zero star I would.

Had 2 accounts at one time. Paid the first one to term. Than looking to see how much many more payments were left. Got a surprise I had 1001 payments left on a 716.00 order. Find out why they had me pay 16.01 for almost a year. When the contract was made I would pay little over 900.00 for it. Now I will be paying over 1100 for a 716.00. Will no longer do business. They expect the customer to pay for there mess up. So dont do it

Omg. Such a very terrible experience over the phone today. The finance department is so very unprofessional. They speak over you continuously and because you choose not to provide a DOB over the phone. They disconnect the call twice. Agents are extremely rude. I requested a supervisor or manager and the guy keep on saying there's non. Am the only one here. Like really? I just want to pay off my account and never deal with them again

Mdg has terrible service, they wasted my time for several days and then they canceled my order after the funds for the down payment cleared successfully from my account because of a mistake they made. The account we originally had on file couldn't make ACH Transactions so we changed it to one that could and I was told everything was successful and I'd be receiving my order within 2 weeks. Not only did they cancel my order but they never reached out to me. I would highly recommend avoid doing business with mdg.

I work 12-14 hours a day. They call me over and over while I am working even after I have answered and explained that they need to call later. If I don't answer I get a voice message from a woman whom I can hardly understand due to her accent, and she sounds painfully bored.
Maybe add something with a "best time to call". And also, why on earth would a company ask for my online banking username and password? Seems odd.

I had move to Lethbridge 3 months ago. My laptop blow up and I was going to order one from them, Will follow all their steps and when I when to verify who I was found out someone I don't know didn't pay for his items. So they told me until I pay for his stuff they will not send me my order. Like how rude and nice way to scam someone. I have reported them for this scam. I PURCHASED A TV FOR $2500 IN DECEMBER 2019. Paid my balance last week, and today I was still charged a scheduled payment. Now it looks like I have to wait 5 days for that to clean before they process refund which will take another 5 days, I needed that money and now they have really left me in a bad position, all because I paid my balance off early

I've paid Thousands of dollars for $1200. 00 laptop. Still paying!
I can't get them to stop taking my money, or they threaten to put me through the credit bureau.
Years ago. (At least 3, maybe 4!).
I missed a couple payments. I told them don't try to take money out of my bank mid-month, because there isn't any there. Just charge me a late payment fee and add to the end of my contract.
That's exactly what they would do though. Just do they could charge me NSF fee's, and whatever other fee's their lawyers can find a name for.
Of course my bank charged me NSF fee's as well.
I spoke to an East Indian guy this spring and he said..."Don't worry, you won't have to pay past November".
Now I see they've scheduled the next 5 months of more payments through my bank.
You know what they want?
More and more and more!
It's never going to stop.

This is the worst possible company. Sent in all the info and was approved, submitted payment and was asked to let them know if payment went through did that. Was then asked to submit that it came from my checking account did that but they asked for the impossible and nothing was ever good enough. Maria and the rest had horrible English they were rude and would hang up on you and wouldn't transfer you when asked. I would not do any business with them.

I started the process to do this and the person who helped me was hard to understand, rude and every other day he needed some different information I went back and forth for weeks with them and I ended up saying I don't even wanna start business. Company seems fine. You get what you ordered at q huge mark up but that's the deal for small over time payments. BUT the customer service is horrible if you ever have to call in. For the love of your mental health use the online services or don't bother with the company at all because talking to a person in their customer service department is like bashing your head off a brick wall, only difference is when bashing your head you get results.

Don't bother. Waste of money waste of time and horrible customer care like the worst I have ever had. Be more enjoyable to remove your own limbs with a bent spoon then talk to them on the phone.

When I started the ordering process on December 9th I was hopeful that it would be here around Christmas time. Unfortunately the price inflation and the lengthy process will most certainly prevent me from ordering with MDG again. My order was not shipped out until January 6th and still hasn't arrived so I can not comment on the quality of the product.
However the customer service has beed good for the most part.
I recieved my gamming laptop about 3 weeks ago, I love this company so much, and I am glad they gave me a chance to own this laptop. Anyone who is writing negative reviews especially about raising their payments, look at it like this when you finance a house, car or have a credit card, you miss payments the interest goes up, hence higher cost, just common sense.

I've been calling for over 3 weeks talking with Stephan and all he did was give me the run a round saying this is incomplete and that is incomplete never calling my phone number and saying anything and every time I called it was always some wrong with my paper work.

I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
