Customer service is not very helpful and they continue to come up with excuses as to why my order hasn't arrived and why they can't ship a replacement. I can order from any other company and it comes in a timely manner. I ordered on the 7th of April and it is obvious that my package is lost but they won't help until after 15 days. I needed this order for a wedding this weekend and they won't overnight anything because according to the customer service person i spoke to "We don't do that".

I like these boots because they are open at the toe, however zipper in rear had trouble zipping after a couple of times was hard to do. Applied soap on zipper and works well, When slipping foot into boot & help of wearing stockings makes it easier to wear them. Love the way they look & feel, makes me feel so feminine & sexy.

The shoes I received are low quality, I definitely expected a nicer shoe. Some are okay and the others mark up really easy, I cannot see them lasting long at all. Twice I skipped a month online and they ended up charging my credit card anyways, so take a screenshot if you do skip a month, at least you will have proof and can dispute the charge on your card should it happen to you.

Whenever I decide I like a certain shoe I'll purchase it. I don't buy every month as my budget won't allow me too. I've been very satisfied with there shoes 99% of the time. Once in a great while the steps are too long for my smaller ankles.
I do wish they had more shoes with wedge heels that aren't mostly really tall. Also dress shoes with lower heels and thicker foot bed.

The shoes I bought were too small so I tried to exchange them on the website. I had two pairs to exchange but could not get back to the place to request a second exchange so I called Customer Service. The agent was very kind. She cancelled the original ticket and created a ticket so that I could exchange both pairs. She was very patient and took care of what I needed in a timely and courteous manner. Very low quality, uncomfortable, cheap materials. Negative option plans (auto pay without pre billing notice to back out) are generally scams, allow companies to charge customers for products consumers are later dissatisfied with... shoe dazzle uses this scam model. Company only provides credits for returns, so your only option if you fail to cancel your billing is to buy more low quality shoes. Just a lose lose to sign up for show dazzle.

I have tried so hard to like Shoedazzle but I'm between a 7 and 7.5, and have to order a 6.5 or smaller if I want them to fit properly. The material used is rough and straps tend to dig into my feet. I've gotten 4 pairs of shoes, and only one fit properly. To top it off, I've been skipping months because their selection just isn't the greatest. There are either ridiculously high stiletto/spike heels, or weird 90s styled shoes with odd shapes or square toes.

I bough a number of shoes at once, two of them needed to be returned because they were too big. I returned them, having to pay for the shipping label and box, and then when the new pairs got to me I realized they sent me an even bigger size than before! I've contacted the company via email and no one has responded back. The customer service at this company is AWFUL. This notification email to fill this out actually reminded me that I need to cancel!

It was not clear the information about VIP membership of 39.99. They charged that amount( I didn't know) every month( too much) just to buy shoes at a sale price or 10 dollars.! I called and cancel that membership and the sales person said that I will have a 39.99 credit and that I could buy a pair or shoes at regular price using my credit amount... and I try to do it but I can't... a bad experience... thanks

I have bought a lot of shoes from Shoe Dazzle. Unfortunately, they all tend to crack or peel after just a few wears. Even when buying at sale prices, I feel as though I just threw away my money. I would rather spend more for a shoe or boot that will last awhile than to continue buying products that I have to throw away after wearing only two or three times. I plan to cancel my membership.

1st i ordered 2 pairs of sandals then the quality of those sandals is very bad. Poor standard. Then they told me i can't return it i passed the 30 days return policy. Well it's brand new how come you can't extend or accept the return items after 30 days. I called them after maybe 35 days they still didn't want to give my money back. Bad customer service.

First off they were late, when I called customer service they were very very rude to me, they were delivered way way down the dirt driveway far from our house, in the pouring rain and in the mud just left there. Then I open them and these boots are so cheap looking, they're the wrong color, and the soles have two big lumps in them so you can't wear them! After 1 hour of wearing these shoes my back and feet hurt so bad I couldn't even walk for a couple hours. They're terrible and I want my money back immediately!

The shoes were fine quality, but I cancelled my VIP account in January of 2018. I just went to my bank and they told me I've been charged $39.99 every single month since then. I cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone or the instant messaging, so I hope posting this can get someone's attention. Again. The shoes were fine, I just don't need to get so many and I would really appreciate help in terms of a refund.

Shoe dazzle has gone down hill since the Kardashian's sold the company. There is little to no padding so the shoes are uncomfortable, boxes are consistently damaged in shipping,
Actually had a pair of shoes stolen in shipment. The courier opened the package, stole the pair of shoes, left the lid as evidence that the shoes were shipped. Called customer service and they did nothing. Fortunately I used PayPal and was issued a FULL refund. Shop with caution. All the negative reviews can be wrong.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware. You WILL sacrifice comfort for quality!

Ordered 3 pairs of boots. Two did not fit well so tried to exchange them. There was no way to do it on line so called and spoke with a representative who processed the exchange with the exchange label on 2/8. Due to health issues was not able to get it in the mail until 2/23. The label that was given to me by the representative is still shown on the tracking we sent it with as being in the post office. I have still not received the products I'd my exchange. I'm highly disappointed with this service.

Something is going on with the sizes. Originally a 7.5 was what I always ordered over time I had to start getting a 8. On my last order there where 2 pair that were to big. They charge a fee for restocking returns which would have added up to more then the product price so I decided to keep them anyway. This is a extremely annoying an has happened a few times.

I'm a VIP shoe dazzle shopper. Previous times when I've ordered from Shoe Dazzle I've never had a problem and they seemed to arrive rather quickly. This last time however, seems like its taking longer than usual? Is that due to the COVID pandemic? It's been about a week. I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! If you call the toll free number 1-888-508-1888 and ask them to verify your VIP Membership was canceled they will be able to tell you. Word to the wise... check your bank statement to make sure they didn't charge you, they have a habit of doing that even after you cancel, it happened to me! Have a great day! Janet

Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!

There is no sign up fee. You must 'skip the month ' by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged $39.95 (which is applied to any purchase) while still being a member. Or you can just cancel completely at any time.

If you just need to change your account details, shipping address, etc., you can do this hovering your mouse's arrow at the top towards the right where it says VIP account (it should be to the left of the checkout button). A drop down menu should then appear. Click on account details. After that, you should see a menu on the right. Click to change whatever details you need to. Don't forget to hit the save changes button! To discontinue your membership with Shoedazzle, I believe you have to call them personally.
