They show "beauty shots" that makes things look bigger when you receive they are tiny. Sent a Xmas gift of a kids bank with NO insides in it won't return money. Show jewelry that is gorgeous what you receive is a washed out stone with no color. Tell you lowest price then late at night it drops $100 2 nights later dropped another $25. They do it late at night. I feel sorry for those who purchased and were promised "it will never be Lower." Nothing but lies and rip offs.

I get text messages all the time with several good deal but they never seem to work. I got one today that said I should use my SHOP LC app & apply the 20% off my purchase through my app today. It didn't work but just said it was an invalid code. I'm very unhappy. Why text if the code is not authentic. This, along with other issues I've been having on SHOP LC, may be the deciding factor for me not continuing to to business with you,

Excellent except when someone puts the wrong Tracking number on an item and it gets delayed for a gift I'd ordered for someone special and its not here yet and its been 10+ days... finally found out it was the T# causing the delay! Or lost in Warehouse. Thank you for my past purchases they have been wonderful except for the recent bolo gold over silver necklace... Mine broke first hour worn so glad was home so I could retrieve it!

Can't wait to get my"angel" bracelet Seraphanite as we've had some sadness in our family and this will be a treat to receive... Thank You!

It's actually pretty good. There have been instances where there is a difference between the information on live TV and the website and what I presume is inventory and live orders taking place that is not reflected in the ability to place an order online. Too many customers must put items in their cart but do not checkout making it difficult to confirm actual available inventory. I understand. Even with all the automation, it's difficult to keep up.

Well it is early in the process, meaning I have not received anything from my 2021 shopping spree. It is very addictive! Today, I got out of control. One thing that bugs me is seeing someone getting the same exact thing that you have won but they were able to get it for half what you paid. It is still a great deal! I think - I will have my jeweler check it out. I will follow up!

I love the jewelry and the hosts have kept me company many days and nights even when I couldn't buy anything. The night crew have made me laugh a lot during the pandemic. I just love Chuck. He is hilarious! I've been shopping with y'all for two years now. I love the jewelry and it's so well-made and looks a lot more expensive than what I pay. I rarely buy from anywhere else. I have really appreciated this channel and these people over the last two years.

Because Shop LC is the only channel are usually buy from. I love the jewelry I love the host and you don’t need to follow up with me because I never have any complaints.

I still can't believe what I can get through Shop LC and I have been purchasing jewelry for 6 years from them. Yes, it is carefully crafted with real gems and precious metals. You can also purchase costume type jewelry for a few dollars. I have a jewelry box filled with everything from them and nothing was over $30 (see pics).

Do not use this company. They won’t return even $10 on a broken toy they sent me. joke jewelry with no color or has stones fall out of it 2 days later. Shipping takes forever. The 30 day return policy is part of the 12 or more days it took them to send it.

For today, great! When l first started Shoplc, l got my orders within a week, lately, it has been at least a cppl of weeks. I have had rings lose their stones, sitting in the jewelry box, bolo bracelets break, in the jewelry box, it costs too much or it has been too long to send them back. I have been a loyal customer and have collections of many gemstones. How long should it take to get my packages?

If you don't want your fingers to turn brown or green, don't buy here! If you don't want your jewelry turning colors or your ears to get red and infected. Then please don't buy here! Also, I've never been talked to so rudely by any other customer service than I have at this company, today! Advertising is false, jewelry is dime store quality! I'll never buy from these people Ever Again!

If you DONT want your fingers to turn your skin Brown or Green, Do Not Buy from this Company! If you DON’T want your ears to get infected or jewelry that fades color, Do Not Buy from this Company!!! If you DON’T want to be DISRESPECTED or Spoken to Extremely Rude, Do Not Do Business with this Company!! They Misrepresent their jewelry and sell jewelry that you wouldn’t Buy from a dime store! As a B2B Account Manager, I am Appalled at Disrespect and Rudeness of their customer service rep’s!!!!!

Rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and watches. I spent a lot of money at this company site and when I called today to explain that, not only, they had over charged me but their jewelry was turning my fingers Brown & Green!!! Necklaces turning coppery looking and earrings infecting my ears! I was met with the Rudest customer service I have ever met in a very long time!! She spoke over me, disrespected me, wouldn’t allow me to speak and just plain RUDE!! I’m a B2B Account Manager and I would’ve fired her on the spot!!! Customer’s will deal with a company, even if there are issues, as long as their problems are met with solutions, not disrespect! Every customer,no matter how much they spend, deserves to be heard, treated with respect and offered a solution!! After my experience with their customer service representative, I will No Longer do business with this company!!!! Their jewelry is misrepresented as REAL silver or gold, when it’s actually dime store junk!! If I had not been treated so very rudely and offered a solution, I may have “considered” a second chance with them. Not now!! I’m sending EVERY PIECE of Jewelry back, on my own dime, along with a copy of my $500.+ invoice. I’m also going to write a letter to the company regarding this issue! I’ll be expecting EVERY PENNY I spent returned to me!! I will also continue to write reviews and send pictures as proof as to this companies poor quality jewelry and customer service experience!! Thank you for letting me share my horrible experience.

I am shocked at this low rating of Shop LC. I have bought many items, mostly jewelry, for years with no problems. I have returned what I did not like, still no problems. Whereas I do not buy clothing or beauty products, I feel the prices this company offers are great! I have a lovely collection of jewelry that I could not have afforded otherwise. Nothing had ever tarnished or discolored my skin. Thank you Shop LC.

This order, so far so good. Still have not received items I purchased on July 28 and unable to get clarification as to whether they ever actually shipped or not. They were supposed to be gifts, but too late now. Shop LC really dropped the ball. Hopefully this purchase will arrive when it is supposed to. I have been very pleased with the quality of my last 2 previous purchases and they did arrive on time. Fingers crossed.

Once again that arrogant nasty personality Tony is on Shop LC, cutting off female hosts with his aggressive slapping on his desk and demeaning comments, "do you not understand" and hundreds of repeated "Mr. Producer", Ladies and Gentlemen". I am surprised that there are no EEO formal complaints about this baffoon. He is no asset on air. If he is a gem expert then keep him in the back office but not on air. I just had to turn the channel or shop online whenever I see or hear him.

Usually very positive, however, apparently there's a limit to the number of items you can purchase on Budget Pay. I hope they make this policy evident somewhere on the site. Loved almost everything I've purchased.

Bought a gorgeous diamond cluster ring in May. Sparkle beyond belief! A stone fell out 1 month past the six month warranty period. This ring cost a pretty penny! For something that expensive to break seven months after purchase, I will not be wasting any more money on this company. Now I have to pay to replace the diamond and the prongs. I'm not a satisfied customer at this point!

Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
