As the title suggests, Snapdeal is so trustworthy. I have been shopping on Snapdeal for the last 2 years and bought more than 20 items and only once I had to return that too due to a size issue. Got the correct size within 5 days though. My latest order is for a power bank and I am 100 % sure that it is going to be awesome like every product. I think Snapdeal is the only company where someone can reach to their customer service agents in just few seconds. I recently got a wow experience with Snapdeal App, I ordered shoes from their app and after 3 days I wanted to change my delivery address as was moving to a different place.

I went to see in the app to lookout for anyoption but, I saw the whatsapp icon and bingo, I clicked on it and within few seconds the agent of snapdeal reverted and helped me instantly.

I raised a complaint on same day and on the next day itself it was taken. The replacement was delivered within 3 days only. The order tracking is also very convenient with regular updates via Whatsapp and SMS. You can play games in the games zone and earn coins to buy vouchers to save more on your orders. The products quality is really good and price is also competitive compared to other sites. The customer service is also very helpful.

The Nike shoes are so comfortable that I am wearing it everyday now for running and even at office. Yes. Snapdeal sold me an original Casio watch that I ordered a few years back. Recently, again when I ordered Nike shoes with them, they didn't disappoint me and sent me 100% genuine shoes with original box as well. I think there were some issues with Snapdeal a year back but, now it is resolved as I didnt face issues with my last orders that I placed in lockdown. I am happy:-)

I bought one Combo of two sunglasses from snapdeal. On delivery one sunglass was missing. I communicated in different ways. Their courrier came and picked up. Over phone they committed that they would send again the complete package. Now they have cancelled the order.

This was completely cheating with customers. Money time and efforts lost behind snapdeal.

I recently ordered Set Wet Deodorant Spray Perfume from Snapdeal. When the product came, it was damaged which made me disaapointed. However, the way Snapdeal's customer service team helped me was remarkable. I contacted their customer service team on *******126 and informed about the issue. They apologized and quickly arranged the reverse pickup which was completed the same day. Guess what, I got my refund next day and my issue was resolved within 48 hours. Kudos to Snapdeal's customer service team for such a quick resolution.

Snapdeal is one of the best Apps in ecommerce. It provides a variety of value for money items and I just got an amazing scooty cover delivered to me. I was looking for it everywhere, however, it was coming very costly. Then I randomly searched it on their App and got it at the best price. Their delivery service is also very fast.

I am a regular online shopper n I recommend everyone to shop on Snapdeal for their genuine products. All the products are value for money. I have also shopped from other websites too but Snapdeal have very good product quality and their delivery services are superb!
For instance, I bought a belt from Snapdeal a few days back, the leather quality was extremely good and the price was just 250 rupees. The same product was available on other websites too but not less than 350 rupees. Thanks to Snapdeal for this great online shopping experience.

I have ordered shoes from snapdeal but I received used slipper of one leg when I requested for exchange the Snapdeal said I have raised request for exchange but when pickup is arranged this Snapdeal person by saying the statement the customer is not willing to exchange the product I amI am herewith attaching the photos of the item received please don't purchase from Snapdeal if you purchase it from Snapdeal your money will be lost please think before buying it

I will not recommend this site not bcoz they lack in any aspect of delivering the product in time or regarding quality of product the reason for my not recommending to this site is simply based on the price they give the product they provide in costly rate as in today's time of high competition you should consider everything there delivery time is may be one of the best but some times they also take delivery charges all in all because of few reasons they lag behind

I ordered a product and unfortunately received a wrong product but when I contacted the customer service through WhatsApp. They registered my complaint and helped in resolving the same so quickly that My product got picked and I got the refund and all this was done within 3 days. Snapdeal has the best customer service and contacting them is so easy. Really happy with the services and would all recommend them.

Yesterday, I received my order. I ordered 2 head phones but I just received one. When I get in touch with customer care, they said both has been delivered. I opened packet and found only one. My question is, is there a way I can prove it? How can Snap deal prove himself correct in this regards.

I ordered one item last week, the packaging of which was bit damaged. Immediately contacted them on whatsapp and the team initiated the replacement process. Next day hi item pick up hogya tha and then new item b deliver hogya 2-3 din me hi. This time it came in a new package and in very good condition. Thanks Snapdeal.

Snapdeal does not sell fake product and never I received any counterfeit items. I have purchased with snapdeal online for more than 5-6 times and I always received original products. Snapdeal also deals with value-for-money non-branded products that are very useful for day-to-day activities. There was only one instance when Snapdeal sent me a wrong product, however, I instantly raised a complaint, and their pick up guy came the very next day and picked up the product. What I really liked about Snapdeal as they refunded the amount on the same day of pick up. I am going to shop again with Snapdeal for sure.
