I have been buying from TMART for about 9 months now and I have to say I find them great, every thing I bought was as described. One item was broken on arrival I emailed customer service and reported it as broken on arrival, they refunded me the full amount without me even asking for a refund or asking me to return the product. Yes they send you emails of the latest deals and I look forward to receiving them, it is how they do their business, buy with confidence, Michael.

The advertized 15,000 lumen headlights in a head set and advertise rechargable by they show up with not batteries, and the battery well looks like a custom space, not your usual AA etc. There are no instructions or contact info or anything so who do I ask about batteries? EVen what kind? How can I help but give them a 1? Even their webiste seems suspended and this they should clear up if they are legitimate

There are no instructions or contact info or anything so who do I ask about batteries? EVen what kind?
How can I help but give them a 1? Even their webiste seems suspended and this they should clear up if they are legitimate

Absolutely worse experience with this website. First of all, they are bad at communicating. The quality of products they sell are inferior and, if you have any issues, rest be assured you won't get your money back. Also, thier reviews in their website is clearly misleading. I gave them 1 star review and it do not even show up on the page. They are huge frauds that needs to be investigated. I bought this guitar that was advertised as "professional". However, the item I recieved was not even meant for playing. The strings were made of plastics, and the guitar couldn't be tuned. After couple of weeks of sending emails, they finally respond to admit that it was thier mistake but are willing to refund 70% only if I am willing to close the dispute from paypal against them. WORST! Please use ebay or amazon instead of this company. It is not worth it. I learned my lesson.

I've received products in great condition and some not so great. For ex, i ordered wireless bluetooth earphones... worked good for one week, (left side went out). Then ordered laptop cord, but they sent the wrong item. Instead of returning cord and waiting 6 months. Lol... i fixed/modified it myself. Overall. 3star

Warning! Stay away from this company. Selling it's products to the western world, but is based in Hong kong and does not follow western business etiquette. When you receive anything that is not working they will hassle you for pointless information for multiple days (emails back and forth) and insult you with statements like "you must not have put it together correctly", and at the end, they agree to take the product back, but ask YOU to pay for the return shipping of THEIR FAULTY CRAP!

Purchased a headlamp with batteries and several different chargers. Ordered another because it was so cool and received a headlamp in a bubble wrapped bag with no batteries/accesories/intructions? Questioned Tmart and sure enough description has been changed to says no batteries but pictures of the product shows batteries? My opinion, Tmart sells returns as new. The manufacturer originally provided those items. Why would I research and item I already purcased? Who wouldnt expect to get the same items as previously received?

My garden lights and LED desk lamp did not last 6 months. When I tried to get a refund they said there was no refund. It was my problem. Chat and telephone number did not work. Sent an email to them.

Here is their response:... sorry, we only have 180 days warranty, these orders are over warranty now, we cannot further check and process it now, please understand. We fave related policy on our site, you can view first. Thanks for your time.

I just placed an order and hope this does not gets to be a bad experience as I have been reading Tmart reviews (after I placed my order) from other customers that do not sound too happy. Prices look good and the merchandise is decent. If I get to receive my product as I should, I plan to purchase more stuff from Tmart... Hope their services comes true, it would be a waste of business if they don't...

Still waiting for refund of order that was not as described and despite sending the item back. They just keep asking me for the tracking after receiving the item and are hoping that I will forget it. So I have lost cost of the item and the return postage also which was not cheap. They are drop shippers from Hongkong, best to avoid.

2 Orders for these head lights were placed on 10 & 12 of Jan. Today's is day 43 no product yet. Customer service says they are out of stock BUT I see them still advertised.
Now I read there is no charger with product for rechargeable batteries and AA's or AAA's don't fit. If this is true what is the solution.
Maybe getting my $ back and shopping elsewhere is the smart answer.

I am disgusted with tmart. They sent my order late, and then it is FEDEX SMARTPOST, which switches it to USPS on the last day instead of delivering it to me on the last day in this area. It's in local post office likely sometime tonight. But closed on MLK day, Monday. I don't like Fedex anyway, they are terrible when going there to ship something, they have delivered packages for me to someone 1.5 miles away. And to my neighbor next door! They SUCK. Now, I'm done with TMART, Unsubscribed to all emails. I ordered this 1/9/19, not due until 1/22/19, and coming from a warehouse in USA. But on east coast. Sending by ground across USA.

I have been buying from TMART for about 9 months now and I have to say I find them great, every thing I bought was as described. I ordered some merchandise for $5, and they started charging my account without my permission.
A person keeps responding with, "You mean someone stole your card", "Your product was already shipped, wait until it arrives and send it back."
As of now they have successfully charged my account once, and my bank helped me with fraud and scam alerts.
Do not buy anything from this site. Stay with reliable sites, you know who they are. China does not have oversight on their online fraudsters.

Shade business, crappy advertise, lies stay away. I ordered 2 headlamps, came incomplete, they will never add the batteries and charger but at the same time they will sell a complete one for less, or at least that's what they say. Terrible customer service. Pretends that don't understand. Shame on you. I will never buy again.

Tmart has responded promptly to my complaints, but they never seem able to find record of my order.? I have submitted that info twice, and here again, in their response in Sitejabber, they are asking for it a third time. I think I have found the batteries locally. My complaint remains product does not meet the product as they describe it. It is an awesome looking product, have yet to be able to see if it works. Awaiting other parts.

Purchased a rechargeable headlight system. Looks well made. But they avoid telling you it does not come with batteries or a recharging adapter. There are no instructions in the box. I wrote and they got back to me promptly saying the batteries are available on their website. The battery holder is too big for AAA, AA. Still nothing about an adapter to charge. Took me 7 weeks and second part of order has still not arrived. You can return it, to China. Postage isnt worth it. Shop anywhere else, not here.

Placed an order. Posted as Processing for more than 10 days. No one would answer what "Processing" meant. On a shelt, in a box, being shipped, being manufactured? Since I paid with PayPal, I filed my complaint thru PayPal. This did get me an immediate refund, but apparently TMart never had one or both of my two items in stock, and never felt the need to communicate.
To many vendors with two or three day turn-around times to put up with a crap company like this.

I bought a watch to measure my heart rate at sports. It come to the rate of 25BPM which is not accurate. I contacted the service through their portal for a exchange or refund but no answer. A month later i got an email that the problem is resolved. There is no phone I can reach them, submitted the same request again and there is no any other response afterwards. Don't buy anything on this website. You won't feel happy about product and service.

I bought a controller from this seller, it arrived damaged, and didn't work. When I tried to send it back, they wanted a photo of my ID and Credit Card, shady much? If you're going to buy something from these sellers (which I don't recommend) pay with paypal. Also, if you think their response shows they care about their feedback, it doesn't. It's the same canned response over and over again.

EDIT: Wow look who responded! Amazing, right? For sure not some canned response they send everyone... Right?

Since July 13th I ordered 9 different things... 5 made it here but 4 have not... they told me to have patience which I do but it is the end of August now and my patience is running low... I will wait but I will wait on buying anything else if I do not get what I ordered... usually Tmart has a fast delivery but lately I have to have patience... I like Tmart but somewhere in China Tmart is being ruined.

Violin didn't make a sound. Cheap quality and very poor customer service. No phone number or email address to contact customer service, only online chat. I requested a transcript and did not receive any.

I heard from them the next day after I complained to PayPal. They gave me a prepaid return label. I was clear to PayPal that I was not going to pay for return shipping.

I bought a used violin from www.reverb.com. I heard they are the ebay of music. We'll see.

I received this product and there were 6 pieces missing from the package. When I contacted the company their solution was to credit me 300 point which is $3.0 to replace the 6 peices myself. Instead of offering my any real solutions I'm sending it back for a refund... which they chose to remind me has to be returned within 15 days or no refund even though it took them a week to come up with the $#*!tiest solution. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered an item, a week after the price went down, and they won't refund the difference. Customer service does not care, nor does the company. Shipping was not too bad but you do not know when to hit order, as the price keeps changing, and if you order at a wrong time, then you are out of luck because they would not refund you the difference. Clogs your email too with too many promotional emails.

Have been purchasing from Tmart for the last 4 years. Have learned a few tricks.
1. If they are not from the US warehouse, shipped directly from China, be prepared to wait, so buy only things that are non-critical and be prepared to wait as long as 2-3 months.
2. Do not buy any batteries that seem to be ridiculously cheap - there's a reason why they are so cheap. Bought rechargeable AA batteries that were suspiciously light and simply would not last very long for each charge, in spite of the 3000mAH claim.
3. Do not buy LED lightbulbs, no matter how cheap they seem to be. Despite the claim that they can last 20 years, almost all I have purchased have lasted less than 2. You can find equally cheap ones now in North America and these will probably last quite a bit longer.
4. Most of the LED flashlights and bike lights are pretty good buys. Bought some really bright ones from them and all for less than C$20 each.
5. Most of the cheap electronic gadgets are quite OK. I have a really cool battery tester which cost me less than C$15 and an amplifier that cost me $12 and sounds really good. A $20 car dash-cam saved me umpteen thousands in insurance payments in an accident so all else is forgiven!
6. Don't bet on much customer service from these folks. It's not that they don't try, it's just that they are not acquainted with the level of quality we in the west are familiar with. They are also less proficient in English so set your expectations and you won't be quite as disappointed.
7. Because of #6, don't spend on very expensive items. The single most expensive item I have purchased to date was probably less than $40.
If you follow these guidelines, you should be able to get some really good deals off these guys.

Tmart offers a huge range of goods, from electronics and laptop computers to false eyelashes(!) If you're into tattooing there is an amazing range of tools I never knew existed, and don't get me started on nail art! Household and sports items, automotive and toys, even lockpicking tools. If you've never visited Tmart it is worth browsing through its site. If you can't find anything that interests or surprises you I will be astonished.

Stay away from Tmart, as far as you can!... if you want to have nice days. I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.

LOL- If you order from T-Mart, just move that memory to the back of your mind and you might get a big surprise someday when they actually deliver your order. In all seriousness, this junk is coming from China on a sanpan, if you do get it, it can take 3 weeks or more at best and never at worst.

If I had to guess, the item you ordered will end up taking at least a month to arrive, and it's entirely possible they give you the wrong thing as well. My experience with Tmart has been VERY poor with shipping time and customer service. They told me my order would take about a month to ship, but I did not receive it until 3 months later. Because I hadn't received it, I figured they were scamming me so I requested a refund. They were unable to figure out how to do that. Their customer service ended up ignoring me for the rest of my messages after that. So I must say I recommend just about anything over Tmart.
