Very easy and convenient. I like the policy of items can be returned for site credit. At least you have a chance to see the product you bought in actual coz it's hard to rely on pictures only.
I received the item (LV bag) exactly as described. I feel that the listed price was very reasonable considering the like-new condition of the bag. Though there was a minor hiccup with delivery, Tradesy staff promptly responded to my concerns with a personal email detailing resolution of the issue.

Having never used Tradesy before I was reluctant to give it a try but with a pandemic still looming and seeing too many crowds in stores and not enough masks on shoppers, I decided to take a safer route and order from my computer at home. Everything worked out perfectly! It was easy to place the order, the shoes came in as promised. They were well-packaged and beautiful. I am now a fan of Tradesy and look forward to doing more shopping with them in the future.
I stumbled across Tradesy and bought two YSL bags. I had subterranean expectations, but I took the chance since Tradesy gives a site credit. Both looked better than their photos. Then, I purchased a Gucci Britt, which is the type of bag that I always take with me when I travel, so I love it. There was a hundred dollar coupon, and the bag was described as gently used. I have yet to find any evidence of wear on the bag-it is impeccable.
This is one of my favorite dresses. Having worked in fashion I refuse to pay full price for seasonal wear that changes from Spring/Summer Autumn/Winter and cruise. I got this Jay Godfrey dress in red for $30 and I love it. When I found it in a smaller more fitting size and black, I've kept my eye on it.
The dress is perfect, fits beautifully! Though I think the value isn't the price I paid, it is still a good deal for one of my favorites.
I had been given a pair of these shoes but they were too small, I absolutely loved them so I began my search and found the exact pair in better shape and packed to perfection with cute Halloween string tied around the tissue paper. These pythons were shipped in style. Love the way this seller does business. Hand-written note along with a cute thank you card on the inside. Keep it up Sitejabber you are winning!

Shoes arrived DAYS earlier than expected! Shoes are in perfect condition and fit like a glove! I could not find these shoes on retail websites that typically would and was anxious about ordering through a website I was not familiar with. Must say it was worth the gamble! I knew i would never again own something that would give me such joy. WRONG and WRONG. It came via usps today the most awesome bag ever designed or held by woman. I was looking for the Tiffany Ziegfeld heart and after looking at frankly to many on the different sites, I came upon the one from Tradesy. Something about the wording or the info made me believe that it was trustworthy. I have never ever bought on EBay or any of these resale sites so I was holding my breath. I didn't need to. The package arrived as described - in perfect condition and just fabulous. The seller and the site are an absolute credit to doing these transactions. Will certainly be looking again!
I was looking for a specific brand LV and, due to being right after Christmas, inventory was low. However, Tradesy had a couple decent choices available, the prices were good, I even received a coupon as my first order so I made the purchase. Shipping was fast and communication on the progress and delivery was excellent. Overall I was very pleased and will definitely use Tradesy again.

I purchased a Forever Fendi watch on Tradesy recently. I was looking for a certain bag & had not been on Tradesy for awhile. I went there & found that bag, at a price I never dreamed of. The greatest part? I was looking for a specific bag in a specific color & had looked at all the other sites but kept "missing the boat" on the bag and/or finding it at astronomical prices. My past experiences with Tradesy were always excellent, including customer service on the telephone!
I am currently obsessed with Marc by Marc Jacobs Totally Turn Lock bags, & more specifically the Violet Purple leather with the golden hardware. The piece I got has signs of wear but as an artist, I have to say in the case of this bag... it actually adds to the vibe & flavor of the piece & the way it was designed. Someday, maybe I will get a newer one but I kind of love that it has a rawness to it as it feels painterly and elegant all at the same time! I am not a perfect person with a perfect life, so my copy of this bag is very appropriate for my life, the times, & the look I like!
The shopping experience is/was WONDERFUL! Seller agreed to hold this ring for a period of days so I could purchase it for my wife and she is going to flip right out as orange sapphires are her favorite gem.

Pleased so far. Good prices, fast and easy communication with seller when I asked questions. I wish there were more pictures, especially since it is not returnable. I also wish there were measurements given or a size chart or something, since all manufacturers vary in their sizing. I am excited I found my wedding dress and even more excited that I do not have to wait 6-8 weeks for it to arrive!
When I started looking for my wedding dress, I got sucked into the Chinese knockoff websites and was so excited to get a beautiful dress for $200-300. Thankfully I did my research before ordering and realized I would not get a wearable dress from them, and it would likely not arrive in time. While I do not care about brand names, I do want a quality dress that matches my vision for my wedding day. I found tradesy, favorited a bunch of dresses, emailed the top contenders to my mom, and ordered my dress all in the same day! Thank you for making this so easy!
This was a very smooth and easy transaction. The seller, Clair80, was great and shipped very promptly. She also packed the shoes with care and personalized touches. These are small things but made me feel like I was purhasing from a boutique, not the impersonal internet! The merchandise is in perfect condition and complete with original box, dust bags, tags etc. I would buy from Clair 80, and Tradesy, again.
I love shopping on Tradesy. The only problem I've had is a part of the order doesn't get verified or I get to day 10 with no shipping information which is very frustrating if I need the item by a specific time and I then have to cancel the item. So all in all, I simply wish the sellers were more responsible in removing things that were no longer available, checking their email, and/or getting to the post office within 10 days.

I've been looking for this ring a long time since it's discontinued. So happy I found it, it's perfect
I ordered a pair of Alex Marie shoes, which I normally don't do online because of not being able to try them on first. To my surprise the fit was absolutely perfect and the shoes looked new. There was even a little gift and a thank you note. I will not hesitate on ordering from them again.
I've been buying (way too much) from Tradesy for years. I sold something once too - sold pretty fast! I was able, living on Social Security, to buy beautiful, unique designer with financing from Affirm. I was amazed and grateful that I could buy a used Helmut Lang ecru spring cocoon coat. Sounds over the top, but Tradesy greatly improved my life:)
Made a Google search for Rick Owens red sunglasses. I wanted the dark pink sunglasses on Farfetch but they were $1250. I wanted to see if I could find them at a lower price. Nope! So these very similar sunglasses popped in in my search, like new, from Chanel, status sunglasses themselves.

Love Tradesy, easy to qualify for credit with Affirm. I was down and out but still got a nice used Helmut Lang coat. Couldn't believe it! I've sold on Tradesy too. Customer since 2015.
Bought a Dior bag and came in not as described, I believe it was because the seller cleaned it before hand and she had no idea it came in the state I got it in but whatever cleaner she used ended up actually dirtying the bag even more but I managed to clean it up with some wipes and it looks way better. The seller was kind enough to refund my money and let me keep the bag. Seller I bought from was extremely nice though and would recommend! Look for "Clinton Rooker"

The shoes are pretty new and the price was very reasonable. The packaging on the other hand. The box looks like it feel out of the plane on the way over here. The shoes had no support paper/or grocery bags stuffing for the ride over. The right bootie took a good beating and now has creases in the leather from being smushed. I know the seller can't control the USPS, but better packaging would have prevented this.

Trustworthy website. Tradesy has backed every issue I have had with product returns. I always get a site credit if I'm dissatisfied and able to buy something better. So far all products have been authentic. I hope they keep their sellers top notch and expect 5 star customer service from their sellers to keep buyers coming back like myself.

Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. If you question TRADESY, they will shut your account down, and they do so WITHOUT even talking to you. Bunch of Bullies! Find an alternative. I AM IN THE MIST OF COMMENCING CLASS SUIT ACTION. THEY NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON!
They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!
Don't ever do business with Tradesy ever! Learned my lesson. Bought a Chanel bag that doesn't look like anything they showed. I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. I finally disputed it with the credit card company. Tradesy almost ripped me off of my $1,600
Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.
I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices.
