This site has just about everything for everyone, from clothing to tools, hobby accessories and DYR needs and more! All at prices that won't break the bank. Their site is very user friendly as it has a search box top right so it speeds up your search and has a wish button to save your searches in for later viewing. Shipping is timely and flexible. They also have a no haggle return policy that looks after customers. I have personally been with this site over a year and made many purchases through them and have been more than satisfied. I find this site fun and rewarding as you never know what you may find!

My experience happened twice, I had bought a couple of items that were okay. Then it seemed to me that the next items I ordered came the wrong size in the right size bag. Then they say we don't replacements or exchanges, send it back at your cost for a refund ( excluding the inflated delivery that you paid because the item seemed cheap in the first place). I've brought from many Chinese sites over the years. This one is wrong, it should be shut down. AVOID.

My experience happened twice, I had bought a couple of items that were okay. Then it seemed to me that the next items I ordered came the wrong size in the right size bag. Then they say we don't replacements or exchanges, send it back at your cost for a refund ( excluding the inflated delivery that you paid because the item seemed cheap in the first place). I've brought from many Chinese sites over the years. This one is wrong, it should be shut down. AVOID.

I ordered a 72 piece sensory toy set for kids and got 5 of the same dam toy. False advertisement. I'm pissed I will never order off this site ever again. 1) because of false advertisement and 2) cause it comes from China. I'm done being screwed by $#*!ing China. Worst experience ordering online ever in my life. My child was so upset and that pissed me off even more. $#*! your $#*!ty site. Buy Amazon at least you get what you order.

To put a very long story short, I bought a leotard from them. It was too small. I returned it using the shipping label they sent me. It's four months later, I haven't received a refund, and their customer service reps keep ghosting me. They obviously don't know how to solve the problem, so they keep not answering my request for my money back. Stay far away from this scam. Order directly from AliExpress, Amazon, anywhere else. Don't touch Wish.com

Do not recommend. Took ages to arrive. Terrible after sales support. I ordered a item in my normal size which didn't fit. They asked for photo evidence which was sent but they refused to do anything about it. Would offer a swap, a credit or refund - they just said "I understand this issue caused an inconvenience. The store has fulfilled your order correctly based on the variation you have chosen." Useless their customer as it doesn't fit! Don't be tempted to use them.

I ordered a jump suit, being cautious I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what I am.
Garment arrived -it was far too small.
I got in touch with wish, explained everything to no avail.
I have been emailing them for over 9 months (great customer service NOT.
I ask them for full refund or
Credit note or
Exchange
All to no avail.
Now they send me round in circles.
I still have a brand new garment that is useless.
BEWARE
Still no resolvement.

These people first mention before placing orders that they are delivering in your city. Then they will charge you delivery fee as much as the product itself. When the delivery date comes they will just change the delivery date without any notice and cherry on the top there is no way of contacting them. They are just a scam. Not ordering anything from now on and i suggest please don't waste your money.

Im tired of these people. I have ordered about 10 things from them. 3 have arrived no problem. 2 arrived vastly different than the description. 1 was broken. And the last has sat in "wishpost order generated" since april 17th. Two full months. They continue to change the delivery date and refuse to cancel or refund. They only send scripted replies. Don't waste your time or your money.

This company is a big scam. They send a piece of junk mail just to get a delivery confirmation and then deny you a refund when you complain that you never received the item because 'delivery is confirmed.' There is no voice customer service and they just automate a response and disconnect from you in 'live chat'. Start disputing charges until their credit card processors drop them.

Ordered 2 items 3/28/21. Today is July 12.
Items have not been delivered. Called them, voice mail box full and can't leave message. This is the first sign the company SUCKS.
Asked for refund and was told no. Asked again two weeks later. Someone named Odessa if even a human gave instructions on how get my refund.
I followed the steps and was told too late for a refund. I am went back to odessa and sent another message and she just gave me the same instructions. This is a game of Who's on first.

This is another Ch*****e attempt to steal all our contacts... Do not buy anything from this site.
They have no contact persons, the shipper from Los Angeles are fake, they don't answer. Customer service will block your email id and show a 404 error image. Keep checking the credit card that you used as they might be stealing more money from it... this is another company whos is going to blow up soon for their fraudulent activities. Call the numbers from the image and see if they pick a call... so if you decide to buy... just pray...
I reached out to BBB to get my refund and they paid only partial. If you have an issue, reach out to BBB.

I paid and was sent the wrong merchandise. Their "Support Help gives you 4 choices one of which is Nevermind. You cannot talk to an actual person. I sent dozens of emails and pictures. After each I got a "Sorry" response, they acted like they had never heard from me before and put me back in the computer loop. I truly believe they dragged it out to pass the return deadline
I am stuck with, two- yes they sent it twice-ugly wrong items that they will not refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Tip for consumers:
If you buy from WISH plan on no refunds, even if THEY send the wrong item.

This app will lure you into free gifts when opening account, then freeze your account forcing you to provide confidential ID informations and then wait until free gift countdown is over, and then open your account to buy the very same item you chose, in full price! The customer support guys couldn't care less as they've got other sources of income from apps like GEEK, MAMA, HOME etc. Do not fall for their false advertisements!

BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER APP!!
DO NOT USE AT ALL!

I thought it would be a good idea to have my items delivered to local store. What a MISTAKE! Apparently when Wish came up with pick up time frame they didn't take Covid into mind. Items arrived went to pick up after 14 day quarantine just to find out items were returned and I got a partial credit so they said. This was in January, Monday will be March 1st and still no refund. Never trust low prices because you wind up paying somehow!

If you buys clothing or shoes makes sure its cheap enough to just donate, you will not get a refund if it doesn't fit. The ONLY way you will recoup your cost is if they send the completely wrong item or you don't receive it at all. I no longer shop there because every article of clothing doesn't fit and the description only loosely matches what you receive in the mail. You'll save money in the long run buying from somewhere else.

Tip for consumers:
don't buy clothing unless you are Asian size or you can afford to give it away.

I ordered a kit of 4 pieces bike parts and guess what I received only one part! Trying to address this issue with customer support, however their customer support automated response like a joke, what would you expect from some Chinese businesses. Just use AMAZON, I can't get my money back or at least the parts I ordered. I also ordered numbing cream before and the quality was horrible. I ordered twice and in both I regret and now it's over I will delete this stupid wish app that keeps annoying me with ads.

They say refund is a guarantee but it’s false and if u order a car they will deliver a tire and say ohhh we deliver the item!!!! And that’s it no refund and no investigation and no nothing , garbage site and garbage company, stay away and save your money because they will rip you off

I'll never again buy anything from Wish.com.
Very disappointed with my items (clothing). Some are too big, others too tight for the same size, XL in my case. I could not return them because to send the items back is at my own expense. Poor quality, bad customer service. They always justify that's your fault.
I had a bad experience!

There are times the items are DOA. Once I bought a smart watch which needs to be charged every day. Plus the readings are inaccurate.

On two occasions I ordered a tablet but ear plugs were shipped. Obviously delivery does not match the product description.

Upon the last fiasco, I complained but ended up being blocked. The excuse: I had abused their return system. I am convicted when the numerous faults were with the retailers. Upon appeal the block was removed. Now Wish wants my picture ID. Nope I am not shopping thru Wish anymore.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure item description is what you want. The writeups have poor English and can be misleading. Have screen capture of product description, used as proof of what was advertised.

I order an air fryer. Instead, I got a worthless piece of latex material shaped like a cupcake holder. It's not heatable in any way. I have no idea what its function might be but I will tell you that it is NOT what I ordered. I will dispute this charge if you don't refund our money. Bank of America will add you to their dishonest vendor watch list. I will get my money back and Wish will feedback on every review site on the web that will be negative and warn others to stay away from Wish.com.

Stay away! They have many negative reviews. Most of the positive reviews are from fake accounts created by Wish.com

Every electronic device I have ordered arrived broken. It's a fake or no quality control from the manufacturer and these items have to be properly disposed of at the dump which also costs money and is bad for the environment.
Smaller household items have been wonderful and they don't hassle you when requesting a refund. They also don't require you to return the item.
It's hit and miss when it comes to any type of electronic device.

Tip for consumers:
Reviews on ythe website are not accurate. They would not allow me to post my review about an electrical device that did not work at all.

Household decor items were fine just not impressed with electrical devices.

I would rat zero stars if you let me. "Water Proof Bag" finally arrived --with a hole in it! Looks like a cigarette burn (the plastic wrapping had a hole in the same spot). So much for a water proof product --its useless to me.
I requested a refund --let's see if I get it. The bot said "it takes "10 business days" to process my VISA refund (interesting how it took only seconds to process my purchase when they took money from my VISA).

I have purchased a few things from wish. It is a gamble if they end up being good or bad products. The worst thing about wish is the customer service. Basically there is none. Just automated replies. Even when you leave a message for customer service you get automated replies after a couple of days. I know this as I tried many times with different messages and got exactly the same reply which didn't solve the issue. If you do order just pray there's no problems with the product.

I ordered a knife back on june 2nd and it has yet to arrive (july 6th). I tried to find out more about what's going on and the only assistance they offer is an automated response feature. Ultimately, they offered to refund my money which I immediately took advantage of since it's pretty obvious I'll never see the item.

Their prices are attractive but save your money and buy from a reputable outfit. These guys are a sham.

Tip for consumers:
don't waste your time and money. i never received the product and there's no live phone number to get additional information. I've done some research and apparently if they're not delivering product, the product they do deliver is a cheap knock-off. it's not worth it...

I've bought many "gems" and "jewelry" on WISH. I continue to submit for refunds because I have a Gem Tester that confirms in 95% of the cases that the seller is sending me GLASS. I now have a huge collection of coloured glass that is advertised as "natural ruby, sapphire, garnet, emerald, aquamarine, moissanite, etc.". I've notified WISH for months now that their merchants are selling misleading fraudulent gems, but they continue to allow them to sell these items. No ethics involved here!

I order a mason shirt awhile back all together a paid $12 that's shipping included, I wanted also a month for my package I know sometimes it takes longer, so check the status and I say it was on his way in post arrive by certain date never did kept asking about it kept getting the same thing the runaround never did get my money back or nothing no one contact me no email or nothing I just got ripped off for $12 I wouldn't buy nothing else from wish.

Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
