I've bought two handbags from Yoogi's closet. Quick shipping. The conditions for them were as described. I love how they have free shipping and 30 day free return which is rare. Even though it doesn't have as much selection as Fashionphile, I'd highly recommend this place. I had my handbags authenticated by other sources just to be sure. All came back as authentic.

I ordered a jumbo Chanel online and just received it today. Colour was WAY off from the pictures online. Very disappointing. No point in sending back after all the duties I payed to have it shipped to Canada. Never had this issue with other pre loved sites.

I've bought two handbags from Yoogi's closet. Quick shipping. The conditions for them were as described. I love how they have free shipping and 30 day free return which is rare. Even though it doesn't have as much selection as Fashionphile, I'd highly recommend this place. I had my handbags authenticated by other sources just to be sure. All came back as authentic.

I ordered a Tiffany bracelet with the charm on it. Their description of the bracelet did not indicate the charm was wavy. The picture showed a flat charm. I contacted the company told them this. They are now lying and telling me that they took pics of all sides of the Tiffany charm which they did not. This bracelet actually does not look like an authentic Tiffany Bracelet.

SHIPPED MY HERMES BAG ON JAN 23RD TO YOOGI'S CLOSET FOR THEM TO SELL. AFTER A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE WITH USPS THEY FINALLY LET ME KNOW THAT THE PURSE WAS DELIVERED TO THEM ON FEB 8TH BUT ACCORDING TO YOOGI'S CLOSET THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRRR

I made the mistake of testing out a different online designer consignment store and paid a high price for that bad decision I would recommend Yoogi's closet to anyone considering pre owned purchases of designer handbags I have never had a problem returning any item I wasn't 100% happy with By far the best online designer site

I ordered a bag and it was authentic but actually not very well made interestingly enough. They offer 2 day express shipping. 4 days after the purchase - no bag - emailed for tracking. It had not even been shipped! I paid for 2 day express shipping and it arrived 6 days later.
Strike 1
I sent it back the day after receiving (size and weight weren't to my liking) and again had to confirm 7 days later that it arrived and request a refund.
They took an additional 7 days to send a refund.
Strike 2
So, would i buy from again? If there was something i had to have - maybe - but they won't be my first choice and DO NOT PAY FOR 2 DAY SHIP.

I've sold and purchased and yes sometimes selling directly isn't as high as one imagined but they explained why and also paid quickly. I've also purchased bags and both came in better condition then expected. I think they have a better Authenticator then other sites.

I just purchased a pair of David Yurman hoops and I love them, like new. Last year I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag and it was in perfect condition. I think I saved around $500 dollars between discounted price and not paying tax on it. Will purchase from them again.

I am truly appalled by the buying teams' customer servicing skills and lack of respect for their customers time and money. I submitted a listing for an Hermés Birkin that I was looking to sell to them. While I was 100% honest and transparent of every aspect regarding my handbag for them which I did not receive the same courtesy in return. Following, them sending a quote for my handbag, I decided to ship it to them via next day air. Which was nearly $300+. I was the only one frequently checking in to make sure that my package had arrived and I was also told that the buying team would reach out to me if they needed more info. Long Story Short they declined the quote that they originally gave me due to an aspect of the bag that was described to them in my listing prior to me sending my handbag after their ignorant and unprofessional mistake and offered to send back my item via ground shipping which would take 3-5 business days to get back to me simply because they clearly did not READ, and or COMPREHEND my description in the listing. They never clearly gave me a reason for the decline of my item but stated that my bag "was authentic". Pure stupidity at its finest. I will no longer support nor speak highly or this company due to my un-called for, money wasting experience.

I purchased a David Yurman necklace; when received, one link of the chain was broken. They offered a return option, or taking an amount off the item so that I could have it locally repaired--I chose the latter. They honored what I requested for a refund, which was very fair. The item was otherwise beautiful and just what I had expected. Their communication was very quick, as well.

I used to Work for Chanel and we were taught what to look for to spot a fake Handbag. First of all. Chanel never wraps anything with plastic. I Saw A Chanel Handbag wrapped with Plastic on one of the zipper handles inside the purse. This is Fake All The Way! People, if I were you. I would not Purchase anything from here until you really inspect it and go get it authenticated first. I had my doubts and I know I'm Right 100%. Yoogi's Closet, You Are Fake and Shouldn't be Allowed to sale Fake product at Authentic prices... Fake=Fraud!

I have been a fan of Yoogie's closet until today. I just within the last 6 months purchased 2 bags for 3K. I purchased Chanel shoes which went to the wrong place and took forever to get I asked if they were returnable, before i purchased. Even when they said that the shipment went to another customer. I said I hope they fit after all of this. Well they came I loved them, but I kept trying to make sure they actually were comfortable and they were just a little too small. So, I thought I better return them. It took again forever for them to get them back. I just received my refund less 44.00 for a restocking fee. You're kidding me, right. How in God's name am I going to know if shoes fit without trying them on. They say a 30 day return 100% refund. I am so dissapointed with their customer service. I would no longer recommend them. What if I decided to return my 2K handbag. I would be out 300 dollars. They need to update their policy if this is what it is, because I had no idea. Poor customer service.
Update after contacting them they explained that 2 years ago I had returned too much and they implemented a 15% restocking fee on my account. I never saw it. But, they refunded me because apparently they relooked at my account and have noticed I have purchased and kept everything but this one item. I still think that they should have made sure I knew every time I purchased something if I returned it, a restocking fee would be implemented.

Yoogis Closet is known by luxury brand lovers as the best re-seller out there. I have sold my bags to them (they always give me a fair price) and I've purchased several items. I've also purchased directly from brand stores, so I know I'm getting the real deal at Yoogis. Very good at taking returns. Extremely pleasant to work with. Many luxury re-sellers don't even take returns! I trust Yoogis completely.

I bought two pre love louis vuitton purse, wallet & burberry hand bags here.It actually was same as the picture, if not even better. You can see every mark and wrinkle. All the item's I purchased said "gently use". Satisfied with what i bought. Oh when I called to cancel one of the order's it was super fast and very helpful. Great customer service. I also love the fact that they are very careful with our info with the card payment too. Will be purchasing more bag's in the future.

I am extremely disappointed in my product - the damages/paint falling off the handle and linings were half shown on the product photos. They want you to pay for a return $60 USD - and customer service is terrible, very rude. Im so disappointed.

I'm not easy to impress but they have won me over! A couple of months ago I bought a LV strap (it was in impeccable condition although they honestly and correctly listed it as used) for a LV of mine. When it arrived I was thrilled! I really couldn't believe how perfect it was! I'll buy from them again with no hesitation! Have fun shopping!

The bag I purchased was in much worse condition than the photos displayed on their website. They definitely enhance the pics to make their merchandise look better than it actually is. Total fraud. Claim they don't, but my purchase was proof. Sent bag back and awaiting a refund. Buyer beware.

I have sold and purchased several bags from Yoogi's Closet. My experience with both was excellent! I have purchased pre loved from other sites that were a disaster! I have always purchased bags brand new in the past, which I am happy to say that I will never do again. Customer service is first rate. The bags were in better condition than the description. I have only purchased "like new", or "gently used".

I love my new mm artsy bag real bag at a great price and I love the fact that you give time to have your own personal authentication done if you're not satisfied with yogis they make the process easy and safe I don't know what these other people are talking about

If you send in an item to sell and you decide to have it sent back because you are not getting what you feel is fair value, they just toss your item in a box with no bubble wrap or stuffing! I sent it my sunglasses with lots of bubble wrap so the sunglasses won't move around and get damaged but they do not do the same if they send it back to you. They are simply unprofessional and do not understand the concept of proper customer service.

Where are you located? For what its worth, theyre in Washington State. I bought my bag on Monday & had it in 3 days... that said, Im also nearby (a couple states away) so UPS Ground was quick. If youre across the country or something, itll take longer. That said, you should have a received a tracking number. I would call them ASAP, especially if youre not shipping outside of the country. Theyre prompt with shipping & their replies in my experience.

Yes, you can return it if it doesn't fit. You have 30 days to do so. Just make sure you don't remove any of Yoogi's Closet tags! (this is one way they make sure that their authentic products stay that way if they're returned). I'm not sure if they will return your money and then you have to buy something new, or if you can just ask for a credit. Usually they don't have more than one of the same size or style (because they are consignment), but I trust their business 100% to make sure that they are selling only authentic merchandise.
